Antwone, our server, was very attentive and prompt to satisfy our requests. Jazz also went over and above in many ways. First I asked him to inform our server of an additional appetizer I wanted as Antwone was attending another table. Instead he took care of my request himself. When I forgot my phone inside, they brought it out to me in the parking lot. It was reassuring they had me verify my identity before giving it to me. Later, I noticed my phones stylus was missing, Jazz, Antwone, and everyone attending our table looked everywhere, but couldn't find it. Jazz took my number in case it showed up. Apparently, they continued looking and miraculously found it. Jazz called me and I was extremely thankful of all the extra attention they gave me. I highly recommend the Union City location for both the food and the service, with a big thank you to Jazz, Antwone, and all the other staff.

Firstable when I went to the restroom, I saw the food runners employees on the phone chatting or texting and playing with their phones. The food runners don’t used any gloves to handle the food after playing with the phone. I think we as a customers we deserve to get a clean plate of food. That’s why many people get sick for food poisoning for not being responsible on your workplace and not using gloves when preparing or handling food that’s not yours.
