I got charged $1.69 for four pieces of pecans, for that extra charge I expected at least one full spoon of pecans. It is ridiculous. I asked the cashier twice and she still gave me very little.

Walked In right behind a customer and was ask to leave because the store was closed, even though the allowed the customer that walked in seconds prior to stay.

Bad experience this time. I went there with ma hubby. The coworkers was rude. I was like thats fine no worries maybe they have a long day. Anyways moving forward my husband gave order to one coworker and the other girl took mine. I told her i need chocolate like it scoop. She said what kind of toppings you want. I was like i am not professor who knows every toppings or i don't come everyday here. Aahh! I told her i will let you know once you came at that section. I told her 5 toppings. I was giving my order that time and Ms. MAGDALENA asked me do you need anything else. I was like i am still ordering my ice cream and ou just asked me this question, i mean do yiu close at 6.00pm? No right, bad customer services. I always have ice cream for 14-15$ but this time i was charged for each topping and its 20_25$. Thats insane! If your people sometimes forget to charge for each topping you should coach them.

Love going here even the mission hayward location is way close to me. I was so disappointed with Stephanie's customer service she ignored our present there even it's just us and we had to wait for her to be ready to serve us. Then I asked her question how many scoop can fit at waffle cone and ignore us once again. Then I said 1 scoop instead. we ordered 3 cups and a cone. A big group of asian comes in with kids and she barely interact with them as well. Then her guy coworker arrived and she started chatting with him like no customer was infront waiting for her. I go here few times in a month since we love cold stone and I always get a good customer service and friendly crew. This is the 1st time I saw her and you will lose customer because of her.

Clearly the servers have preferences for who they would like to service. Came here with my daughter to satisfy a pregnancy craving I had and was ignored from the time I walked in to the time I decided to walk out and spend my money elsewhere.The older lady behind the counter stood in front of where I was standing, which is where the line begins and didn't even acknowledge us. She put on her gloves and moved down the line in the opposite direction. When I walked in, two women were already being served by a young man and the other patrons were all seated. When the server was done helping the others, she then asked to serve who was next and began helping another customer who just appeared from the seated area. I stated that I was next and patiently waited but the other customers were seated and didn't appear to be in line. The server hesitated as though she still did not want to serve us, so I just walked out.Wont be wasting my money here and would rather drive from Hayward to Fremont for far better service.

I’m a big fan of cold stone. Love their ice cream. But I can’t support a business that’s still making people wear a mask when 1. They don’t work. And 2. The d*** “mandate” is over. Real sad to see business owners still implementing that BS. Great way to lose business.
