Cold stone is my favorite go to ice cream place and I always get the Founder's Favorite (5/5) - vanilla ice cream with pieces of brownie, chocolate and caramel syrup, and nuts mixed in. The toppings mixed into the ice cream give it that extra wow factor, and I love fishing out the brownie bits to create a perfect bite. Good location, nearby a lot of restaurants in Union City. When I came 15 min before closing on a weeknight, there were still people ordering ice cream, a lot of high schoolers who had come to visit their friends working. That being said, service was mediocre, as their attention was split. There are a few tables indoors, although I wish there was also outdoor seating.

Love me some Cold Stone and this place delivered my usual perfectly well. I got a cheesecake ice cream with strawberries and graham crackers. The person who made my ice cream was quick and friendly. There was plenty of seating inside, though one of the tables we took over was pretty gross and dirty with smears of melty ice cream on it. We took a bunch of the little napkins to wipe it down but it was still a sticky mess. Since there were only two people working and they had a long line, we didn't bother asking them to clean.Overall, I'm a fan of the ice cream, so I don't have too much to complain about.

Bad experience this time. I went there with ma hubby. The coworkers was rude. I was like thats fine no worries maybe they have a long day. Anyways moving forward my husband gave order to one coworker and the other girl took mine. I told her i need chocolate like it scoop. She said what kind of toppings you want. I was like i am not professor who knows every toppings or i don't come everyday here. Aahh! I told her i will let you know once you came at that section. I told her 5 toppings. I was giving my order that time and Ms. MAGDALENA asked me do you need anything else. I was like i am still ordering my ice cream and ou just asked me this question, i mean do yiu close at 6.00pm? No right, bad customer services. I always have ice cream for 14-15$ but this time i was charged for each topping and its 20_25$. Thats insane! If your people sometimes forget to charge for each topping you should coach them.

This location is always great and never ceases to satisfy my ice cream cravings. Staff is very nice and I'm usually in and out in under 10 minutes even when busy. Consistent service I can rely on, keep it up!

My husband and I came here Sunday 3/5/23 around 2:00 PM to pick up a birthday cake and as we are waiting to pay, the one of the kids working (male Filipino possibly) refuses to acknowledge any customers or ring us up as it seemed like he was prioritizing an online order while there was a line. This guy seems to need some retraining lol
Umm if you haven't have these delicious Ice Cream Cookies you are missing out! They are so soft and creamy! I loved the sprinkles it was the best by far finished it in one sitting! Who would have thought I could finish a big piece! MUST RECOMMEND! however in the end it was too overwhelming but then it was my fault for not stopping devouring it! LOL

Love going here even the mission hayward location is way close to me. I was so disappointed with Stephanie's customer service she ignored our present there even it's just us and we had to wait for her to be ready to serve us. Then I asked her question how many scoop can fit at waffle cone and ignore us once again. Then I said 1 scoop instead. we ordered 3 cups and a cone. A big group of asian comes in with kids and she barely interact with them as well. Then her guy coworker arrived and she started chatting with him like no customer was infront waiting for her. I go here few times in a month since we love cold stone and I always get a good customer service and friendly crew. This is the 1st time I saw her and you will lose customer because of her.

This is my regular cold stone I like to get my icecream cakes from.I typically order on the app or website and pick up. They never seem to fail on their icecream cakes! If you have an account you can rack up points and get coupons for $3-5 off. I used to get icecream cake from baskin robins in the plaza nearby but when we tried cold stone we never switched back. The quality of the cake and icecream is really great. Especially the cake part - superior from baskin robins.The website was acting funky once and so it made my order on their end look weird. The person working on my order was very nice and called me to make sure they were doing it correctly. I had ordered the most recent one for christmas for pick up at 6pm on the 23rd but was in the area around 1pm. They already had my order ready earlier and I was able to pick up earlier. I don't think I'll ever stop getting my icecream cakes from cold stone.

I've been here multiple times as I used to live nearby. This is located in Union Landing next to Gerry's Grill. My most recent visit was on a Saturday 09/03. There were a few guests ahead of us. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Our go to ice cream is Cheesecake Fantasy which is one of their "signature creations."This comes with cheesecake ice cream of course and graham cracker pie crust with blueberries and strawberries. This is best served on a waffle cone/bowl in my opinion. The combination just works so well together. They also have cakes and drinks for purchase. The cakes are kinda pricey. The taste is ok as well as the drinks. I just go for the ice cream.

I like how you can place an order online and customize it but they also have cakes ready made to pick up the day off if you forgot to order ahead. The cakes are soo delicious and comes in so many different flavors and varieties.
