Hi we had a reservation from July 16- 19 in this filthy hotel. When we got into our first room I noticed some peanut in the middle of the room and I thought oh well that’s ok, but oh man later we found some plastic cap in the bathroom and then a full bag of fast food trash behind the curtain and also the sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining. So we changed the room and they told me to email them the pictures that I took to show to the management which I did. Later we moved to another room which my wife spend 25 minutes wiping and disinfecting for the second time. But unfortunately later we found out that bathroom flush wasn’t working properly and we had to do it manually each time. And after complaining to the front desk they offered us to move to another room which we refused because we didn’t have disinfecting wipes any more to clean the third room so I asked the maintenance guy to fix the problem, which it didn’t work again. So we end up with broken bathroom all the stay. To make the matters worse we decided to take a deep in the pool, and boy that was a bad idea. The majority of pool was covered with some type of green yellowish algae or fungus and dirt and that made us to change our mind about swimming. In my disbelief when I asked to talk to the manager they made me wait for 45 minutes and when finally I meet with some random rude lady with bad attitude without introducing herself and saying sorry about the problems she told me that they check the pool water ph and everything is fine and I need to go to my room and stop complaining. Well I have pictures to prove and I would discourage anyone to go there and get sick. Very bad customer service and disgusting hotel.
I buy the breakfast in this hotel, when we arrive to the breakfast station , surprice , not include coffee or juice, i never been in a hotel that you pay for breakfast and dont include coffee or juice. Just to be aware dont pay for the breakfast here.

Free parking , 2 hr early check in without paying extra fee. Rooms were clean , very comfortable beds. Union landing close by , many restaurants can find any type of foods, shopping center just in case .
Requested 2nd room after seeing the first one. It was as bad. Shower didn’t drain. Toilet seat was peeling off. Sheets were no longer white. Sinks were moldy. We reserved for 10 days. After staying 3 nights, we couldn’t take it anymore and checked out. No refund,
Worst ran-down property of IHG. cars are being broken into almost every night... I can hear the glass shattering on cars. Poor Management, Poor front desk. you go downstairs for something and they don't acknowledge you because their faces are planted into their phone. Worst experience specially for a IHG member.
Horrible; old, outdated, the entiire place smells of cigarette smoke, and some shady characters, sitting on lawn chairs next to their cars, smoking weed all night. Bottles water? Walk down to the lobby and you can get a $4 bottle from their vending machine ? On the plus side they provide air freshener so you can try to bury the smell of stale cigarette smoke and decades old carpet funk.
Good location for a bathroom break
In general, only good things are bed, free parking and coffee machine. Room is old fashioned and dirty, corridors as well. No minibar, no restaurant and poor service. Stuff is OK but nothing special. will not be my first choice.

We are not happy with the Receptionist and the Management Team in this hotel. We had booked two nights from 27Jun2022. In the early morning of 28Jun2022, there was a Water Issue problem. No bathing, no flushing…. We talked to the Receptionist at 8am, and asked her “What should your Manager continue to do with this issue??” She answered quite rudely and loudly, as she was staying here for the whole night, and she was not answering my inquiry. As a customer, we did not care about your staffs working schedule. What we need is a comfortable stay, with everything handy. NO Bathing, NO flushing are unreasonable and impossible reasons in hotel business. We only stayed one night, and checked out because of this water issue. The IHG hotel group or Crowne Plaza Management Team did nothing even we were complaint at the front desk. No further compensation from the hotel. We also paid for the breakfast, not too much choices. It was not worth for it. Better go somewhere.
You can tell it’s an older hotel but the rooms are updated and well kept. Very spacious and clean. A good service crew here. They take the time to clean and fit your room every day while staying. Very nice and detailed communication as well. Will be staying a while.
I was on a business trip and I picked this hotel because it was recommended. I have never experienced anything like this before. I was sleeping at 3am and my bedroom window opened up. The perpetrator made a noise prior to entering that woke me up. Thankfully I had on something decent because I didn’t have time to grab anything. I ran out of the room screaming and believe it or not, this is when the nightmare started. The police came and searched my room and the property. No one was found. I’m not aware that any of my personal property was damaged or taken. The hotel did put me in a room but Arnette the manager didn’t have time to talk to me or compensate me for my troubles. I was unable to sleep and feel comfortable in the hotel so I had to stay elsewhere. I had to drive over 2hrs to a relatives home for the remainder of my trip. I called the hotel and was placed on hold for over and hour and was told that Arnette was too busy to talk to me about things. Jeffrey was extremely rude and wouldn’t transfer me to any manager. No one cared about my experience at all. I still can’t seem to rest. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Something needs to be done because this could’ve turned into a tragic situation.
Very slow service at front desk and in the restaurant. Mold in the shower area, not enough parking spaces and poor staff. Very disappointed in what I have seen so far. Thank goodness I am only here Overnight.
The male receptionist when checking in wasn't friendly and wasn't interested in serving the guests, the female receptionist were helpful. None of them provide any information for food or things to see around. People who are taking care of the rooms did their jobs, room and bathroom were clean. The room didn't have safety deposit box, slippers, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Breakfast was very poor in menu and serving as well. $17.00 was too pricey for what they offered (only orange juice, water pitcher was empty, dirty plates and cups). I think $5.00 was too expensive for this service and menu. I'm a gold/platinum member for many hotel chains and I was disappointed at this Crown Plaza, if this was Motel6, the level of service would be OK. I see some people rated it 5*, I'm not sure they understand what 5* means?
