Free parking , 2 hr early check in without paying extra fee. Rooms were clean , very comfortable beds. Union landing close by , many restaurants can find any type of foods, shopping center just in case .
You can tell it’s an older hotel but the rooms are updated and well kept. Very spacious and clean. A good service crew here. They take the time to clean and fit your room every day while staying. Very nice and detailed communication as well. Will be staying a while.
I used to live in California and four month ago I moved to North Carolina but I haven't found a Dr in NC as of yet so had to go back to California for my yearly check up I stayed at the Crown Plaza Union City I found it to be right in the middle of all the places I needed to be. the room was very clean I had an early check out and late check out. I found that the front desk staff when checking in was not to friendly and they never explain about the breakfast hours or where...
