The Store is very slow, the people in the Store are very rude overall very bad Store and it has a bad enviroment and some of the cookies where smashed

Crumbl is stupid ! I placed a carry-out order online, and the pickup time was supposed to be 9:20 p.m. We arrive on time, only to see a long line. When I ask an employee about the carry-out line, first they told me “what do you mean carry-out, like curbside?”(even though on their screens and on their app it says “carry-out) and then they told me that it doesn’t matter if you order online—you still have to wait in line with everyone else. What's the point of even having the option of ordering ahead? It’s so misleading. This place clearly has no clue how to manage orders or respect their customers' time. Absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible service! My friend and I were standing in the bakery and waiting for our order. We have been waiting for our order for quite a long time (30 minutes) although we ordered cookies about 20 minutes before we arrived. My friend mentioned that the order was taking too long, to which the manager asked my friend to leave the bakery because she treated the employees "disrespectful".

Each time I have visited this location my online order are never available when I arrive to collect my order. This has happened with my last 3 orders. Finally, today I asked for a full refund because why should place the online order if they're not going to have it when I use my gas and take my time to pick up the order. So many people were there complaining about the exact same thing. Horrible service for your customers.

This store is great! I think that a better structure is needed when the store experiences busier times.
Parking: It’s in a are where there are multiple business on a strip so parking can be scarce if other stores are popular for the day.
