Poor customer service. Employees don't know how to talk with customers they are very rude. Parmesan bread bites does come with sauce and he was saying no it doesn't they don't even know this idk who hired them when they don't know shit. Don't recommend this place at all.

I used to love Domino's pizza, but recently, I've noticed a change in the staff and a significant drop in the quality of their pizza. During my last order, they delivered an uncooked pizza, which was incredibly disappointing. I ended up having to order from another Dominos pizza in Hayward. I hope the owner takes notice of these issues, as they might lose business if this continues. I am truly disappointed with the recent decline in quality.

Cheap pizza and even cheaper customer service. So I ordered a medium hand toss pizza with just cheese and jalapeños pepper with a 8 piece hot chicken wings with one sweet mango habanero sauce. I go inside and pay and ask for some plate and the Indian cashier just says no. Like I'm pretty sure it's not company policy to deny customers some paper plates especially when they bought pizzas. Surprised this place got two stars and not one.

I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews and rating. I've ordered online for pick up about 4-5 times and the experience was hassle-free. Online ordering is seamless; there's always some coupon that I've been eligible for that significantly reduces the price; the pizzas have always been baked to order and perfectly well, always on time and hot. I love their loaded tots and garlic crusts! Toppings are never skimpy. I have nothing negative to say really. Keep it up!
They don’t wash hands, globes are ripped yet they don’t change it! They touch a lot their phones! Why is these place still in business! Please do yourself a favor and don’t go, these people aren’t clean! Like at all
