Very small bakery and the line was out the door! There is a counter so you can eat but there really is no room for sitting. The line out the door took up all the space. But the malasadas were well worth the wait!!!! I came at about 20 minutes after they opened and there was already a line, but the line moved rather quickly. I will be back again!!!

This place has delicious malasadas. I tried four malasadas: maple pecan, passion fruit pavlova, creme brulee, and the (savory) salmon cream cheese malasada, of which the creme brulee is the winner. The tiramisu ring donut was decent. Their latte was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again. There is no indoor seating. The staff is super nice. Yes, this is a gem in the Bay Area.

Hands down the best. Been going to them since farmers market days. The whole family is so wholesome and have amazing customer service. They make the most creative, malasada’s using fresh high quality ingredients so the menu changes which I love. I’m always excited to see what else they come up with. They do sell out fast and have long lines at times. Such a yummy treat for yourself.

Best malasada I’ve had so far!!!
I bought the mango sago, durian, and ube. I loooooove them all. The dough is fluffy and light and the filling is soooo generous. The sweetness is just right!! I can eat 6 of these in a day if I don’t have self-control ?.
You can tell by the taste of the fillings that it isn’t made from fake flavorings but is carefully made from natural ingredients with love and care hahaha

The two girls serving that time were so attentive, kind, and smiling. ?
I will definitely come back for mooore!!

Totally overpriced, barely any flavored filling, donuts themselves were generic and subpar.

My favorite ube mochi doughnut. It’s SO good. Must try if you like chewy texture.

OMG!!! For the love of doughnuts and delicious desserts, prioritize this place if you haven't visited it yet, and just visit it, like right now!!!

Well, not right now, since the place is open only 3 days a week - Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and only until 3 p.m., so make sure you keep yourself free to make a run to this place, and get these 'round food, for every mood' creations (IYKYK).

A friend of mine told me about this place, and I am so very grateful to her for that. I recently visited the place at 11 AM on Friday, and there was a queue (a good sign). Already, I could see a couple of their doughnuts were almost about to be over. I was hoping I get what I want by the time I reach to the counter to order.

I ordered 4 doughnuts - 3 sweet, 1 Savory. And oh ya, all their doughnuts are filled, non glazed (which I prefer always)
Jalapeño Cheddar (Savory), Tiramisu, Ube Mango Sago and Yuzu Earl Grey (literally got the last one of this).
Wei's doughnuts are light as air, filled heavily, and the flavors are so well balanced.
1. Jalapeno Cheddar - Cheesy, with perfect jalapeño balance for the kick, and crunchiness from the sesame seeds
2. Tiramisu encompassed all necessary aspect - the mascapone, the lady finger as topping, the coffee flavor... yum yum yummm!!!
3. Ube Mango Sago was such a delightful combination, the sago balls adding the playfulness, the mango adding summer vibe, and the ube not overpowering in flavor at all
4. Yuzu Earl Gray - the one I got lucky with the last piece. The citric flavor of yuzu perfectly blended with the tea was such a beautiful flavor play... one needs to try to experience it.

I also got to try a sample of freshly baked banana bread which was so very moist. We were told Wei makes the everything from scratch, and ensure the balance is right.... and it shows in her product.

For someone creating such amazing doughnuts, we must support her, and trust me, it will be every penny, every bit worth it.

Will I visit again? HECK YAAA!!! Got to try everything she bakes!

Pro tip - Go as soon as they open, which is 9 AM on T & F and 10 AM on S, so that you can pick what you want, and not be left with fewer options.
Yes, the doughnuts, cakes and mochis just get sold by the second. Not kidding!
