I ordered an 8 inch 3-layer guava chiffon cake for my dad's 90th birthday and it was just fabulous. My party guests were gushing about how delicious it was. The workers were very friendly and I had no issues at all ordering and picking up the cake. I asked to add fresh strawberries in the layers and they were able to accommodate it. It wasn't cheap but totally worth it! I'm looking forward to another birthday so that I can have an excuse to order another one!

This is one of my favorite places for a cake. I just cannot seem to never get enough of their Ube/Taro Cake. Grace and the whole staff is always super awesome. They never get my orders incorrect especially considering I order here every year for my birthday cake if Ube / Taro. Their cakes is phenomenal. If you love chiffon and light fluffy then this is the place to go because you never feel heavy even after eating 1 piece of cake. They also offer so many other options of flavors such as red velvet, pandan, mango, coconut and sell them as cupcakes. So many pastries inside to choose from. I am a forever fan and will continue to order my cakes here every year. Just ordered my hubby his ube cake here for his bday a few days ago. We love it!! Please support.

Back in December, I got a box of guava cupcakes and pandan cupcakes for my get together with my bestie. Staff there were very nice and friendly. They gave me free lightbulb ring toppers on my cupcakes, which was very cute. It was first time trying this place, and I love it. The guava cupcakes were sweet and a slight tang with a pleasant guava flavor. The icing was fluffy and perfectly sweet. The cake part was moist and yummy. Pandan was also a good flavor as well. Light sweetness. I would definitely return again the next time I want to get some cupcakes! :)

Elite Bakery is elite! We order a guava cake, Chamorro empanada, manha titiyas, and chicken kelaguen. All are top notch. Highly recommend to anyone who craving the flavors of Guam. Ken is the best!

Dropped by over the weekend for some cupcakes. The service was outstanding as we were asked if we had allergies to nuts. No other bakery asked us that before. We were ordering a mixed cupcake box and one of the flavors was pistachio.Overall the cupcakes were good. Will come back for more.

Food here is top notch! Truly a taste of home! Haven't had anything like it here in CA. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. The empanadas came out fresh and warm and was also informed about the wait time for it which was nice. I will definitely be back!

If you are looking for good empanadas & buchi buchi ( pumpkin turnovers); elite bakery is the place to go to. Too bad they had to relocate to union city. The service was nice, so is the ambiance. Wish they would open longer.
