Really authentic clay pot rice! I’m a stickler for clay pot rice and this place is legit. To have a restaurant that dedicates it’s menu to clay pot rice is amazing. If you’ve never had clay pot rice, definitely try this place!

There's not many clay pot rice places around the area, but this is a pretty solid one. One of my favorite ones was The Chinese sausage one! It's got a good amount of meat and they did a good job not making the rice stick onto the pot too much which can be easily done if over cooked. There is also congee as well as yu choy for order as well if you're not interested in the main dishes. They also starred out with some pickled vegetables which was a nice touch. I recommend where you're eating a clay pot that You share with two people for the regular size as you might have leftovers if you're eating by yourself, Just ordering the bigger size will just add extra leftovers or if you have four or six people. The ambiance is also pretty nice too with a very large painting on one of the walls and decorative ceiling tiles! The furniture and tables don't look to have too much wear and they look pretty recent too. Waiters were mostly focused on cleaning up after a table, but they did refill water when stopped for and asked. Overall, it's just a solid place to get this type of dish with not too much fuss when ordering!
Parking: Parking might be a little bit difficult but keep searching, you might find one...

Food is bland, we had a 12 people reservation and they said that the place is too small. They could’ve put the tables together instead. Overall I don’t really recommend this restaurant.
We ordered take out on Friday around noon and we got our food about 20 minutes after ordering. Both the Chinese sausage with eel and goose grains bowls were tasty. I really enjoyed the pork cheeks! The pea sprouts in broth was as expected.
I appreciate that since this is to go, there was a small box of crispy rice. It's not quite the same as eating it fresh but I appreciate the effort. Next time, I want to dine in so we can experience the crispy rice fresh from the clay pot.

The food was good, but the service was really bad. My family enjoyed the lunch and everything seemed fine until we received the check and tipped according to the service provided. A couple of days later, I checked my statement against the receipt and noticed that the waitress had added more to the tip for themselves. It seems my 15% tip wasn't sufficient for them. Please be cautious and take a photo of your receipt before leaving any restaurant.

Be warned. The reservation system is stupid. We put our name in, ducked into a nearby store for a few minutes, and while we were in there, I got the attached text. The text says that our table is being prepared and will expire in 5 minutes. We went over immediately, arriving less than two minutes after the text was sent, but they had already given our table away. The hostess blamed it on us, that she called for us “several times” and made it seem like she would do us a big favor by seating us next.
