Goldilocks is one of the filipino staple bakeshop and to go to places for basic and simple filipino meals
I love their store as it is clean,organize and well kept. Staff that are working there are so nice and accomodating
Their siopao is my favorite and dinuguan and bopis
They have wide selection of snacks,pastries, cakes and filipino snacks and drinks.
Though their bbq skewer and lumpiang sariwa doesnt taste fresh but it is not spoiled i definitely wont buy it again
I hope they can re visit they quality of their cooked meals.

I assume theres a lot of complaints regarding their sagot gulaman, it was really bitter. I bought one and i walked back to the store to ask for an exchange but instead the old short manager shouted at me and even asked me if i really know whats the taste of their “gulaman” ive seen a lot of reviews regarding their gulaman that its bitter. I hope you fire that employee. She is really rude and likes to argue.

The only thing i order now from the food section is Ham durong the holidays and only during the beginning to make sure i get a fresh batch. One time i got old ham that was already slimy.

I bought 2 fresh lumpia , dinakdakan and sago gulaman that cost almost $40.00. The sago gulaman was bitter so I went back to the store to tell the manager( I’m assuming because she was wearing her uniform). She asked me instead if I bought gulaman before and told me that the other customer earlier did not complained about it. So instead of asking her to give me back my $5 or at least half of what I paid , I told her to just keep it. Arguing for $5 is not worth it ! This is how it is to some Filipino restaurants/stores( I’m Filipino) but they give customers hard time when they complain about their food / items. I’m $5 poorer and Goldilocks is $5 richer. Very bad customer service!

Great cakes. Mini empanadas are filled nice and are crispy. Pork buns are amazing. I have never had a bad experience with anything I have ever bought from here.

Came here today for late lunch with my mom and we ordered beef caldereta, dinuguan, pinakbet and halo halo for dessert.Their food are reasonably priced and the portion was alright but the taste of all 3 main dish that we ordered were bad. Like, everything tasted sour. My parents can cook way better Filipino dish than that so that was a huge disappointment for me.Giving it 3 stars because I enjoyed their halo halo and because the staff that served us was very nice. But other than that... Meh. I won't be coming back for their food.I know it's a smaller branch than the ones in SF but idk, maybe sell some products that are actually worth buying?

1st of all me, and Aunt Elsa have bad experience to this store UNION CITY the Older lady one of cashier's was rude, not even saying nothing at least greeted us good morning, wen my Aunt ask what kind food in the counter she,s so sarcastically rude, for me, customer service, is really bad they should go back home, or go to school to learn a manners and the way she ask for a help for his co, worker was so? rude verbally was way off in front of customer, the manager or? Who? Ever running this store need to train their workers everyday not just put them in the front of cash rigister, every day,
