Turning into the drive-thru can be awkward if you're already in the lot, but the double-double makes it worth it

Great place, like all In-N-Outs. Service was extremely fast despite being a crowded night. BUT, the French fries were kind of cold and extremely crispy ( it felt like eating Cheetos). Overall, a 7.75/10.

Despite always having a giant line they get the food ready fast and with absolute quality. When I can I go here with family or after a shift and each and every time I was satisfied with the service here .

Food is consistently good. The fries aren't as good as McDonald's, but the burgers are better. Service is always very polite and efficient. It can get crowded and at night the drive through line is huge (I've taken 40 minutes at peak night hours). If you can get in before 9pm into the dining room (parking is limited) you will get your food much faster than drive through.
Parking: You're not supposed to, but there's a mostly empty parking lot next door. Can't guarantee you won't get towed during their business hours, but night is empty.

I really enjoy having the burger and fries at In-N-Out which are really delicious. Especially, this Union City’s In-N-Out Burger’s staff have a great hospitality to customers. I usually wait for 20 - 30 minutes to pick up burgers and fries on drive through but it is no problem to wait the line since all staff are so friendly and kind.

The costumer service are always great! But the parking of this place was a little complicated and confusing. The food was over all great, but the burger and the fries were a bit more salty than I’d expected.
The place was overall great and the food was delicious, definitely recommend! Hoped this helped!
Wheelchair accessibility: I appreciated a lot of wheelchair and disabling assessable chairs and places to sit, because things like this are hard to find in restaurants! Appreciate you In-N-Out!

If you're in the area, i would highly recommend going here. The employees are very nice, my food was given to me fast, and the service was exceptional. Their lemonade was amazing, and they made the burgers really well!

Whenever I’m traveling to the West Coast, In-N-Out Burger is a must. The burgers are always fresh and the milkshakes are delicious. You can’t beat that classic, simple menu. It’s one of those spots that never disappoints, no matter how many times I go.

Me and my kids go here all the time. They messed up an order. We're all human at the end of the day. I just want to say thank you so much to the manager that was working on December 9th, at 3:26 PM. I just want to say thank you for your awesome customer service. We need more people like you. Thank you for caring. We appreciate you a lot. Union City in n out really do care for the people. It's not about the money, it's about making people happy. I appreciate In-N-Out Burger at Union City the best place.!!!
