About 3.5 years back, I was being accused by a female staffer of filming her when I was actually just texting friends while waiting for my drink. The worker asked I delete vids while showing her… Which there was proven be none (though in retrospect, I shouldn’t have shown my phone for both privacy and age risk reasons).
There were no videos because not only would I never do that but I’m literally a gay gray-asexual man… Dunno if that gal is still working there but that was the first time ever accused of such and was frankly disgustingly profiling. Another coworker was friendly in taking my feedback for management while the worker rolled her eyes and went to the back room. However, management did NOTHING to fix the situation and just assumed I wanted a coupon or something and went onto a “we recommend not filming in our store…” ignoring the whole situation!
The service is otherwise fine and the food was good though not consistent… But be sure when using your phone as you wait for your drink, to not point it in any way that could even vaguely look like you’re using the camera I guess.

Bought a large orange juice of 28 ounces and asked for it to be split into 2 cups. When I got the cups, they felt extremely light, and looked quite empty (Around half). Went back to double check that it totaled to 28 ounces and not 16 and they said they were provided with larger cups and that’s why the amount looked small. I said it looks like 8 ounces per cup, and they said they were sure it wasn’t. Went home and measured 16 ounces and it filled up one of the cups to the brim. So all in all I got 16 ounces split in half when I paid for 28.

I received notification on the PB&J day about the Greek Yogurt PB Banana + Chocolate Hazelnut Waffle Bowl. Glad my friend and I tried. We both loved it! The best dessert we have had ? So yummy! This was clubbed with the Peanut Butter Mo'od, that's our all time favourite. ?

I came to this Jamba Juice location expecting a fresh orange juice, just like I've had at other branches.However, when I placed my order, they offered me an older juice from the refrigerator. When I questioned this, the employee, August, explained that due to inventory constraints, they don’t make fresh juice anymore. I was surprised because I thought Jamba Juice's slogan was all about fresh, made-to-order items. I inquired if this was a new policy, and August said it had always been in place, citing his manager, Bianca.I'm disappointed that their website promotes fresh-squeezed juices when, in reality, this location doesn’t provide them as advertised.

Located near supermarket. Lots of parking. Went early no line drinks came out quick and made correctly. We enjoyed the apple and greens .. although I miss when it had pumpkin seeds. My kid enjoyed her mini blueberry strawberry ? drink.
I loved coming here, friendly and fast service, the staff is very friendly.

Wheatgrass—- they gave me less than two oz. when I told them they shook his head & took back & he cut more wheatgrass put in the grinder but without using it & hiding the scene ,how he increased the quantity of juice he added the water while washing the wheatgrass & gave me.
