I'm not sure why this location has such low reviews - I came here on a weeknight and it was fine. The drink was made quickly, service was friendly enough, and the place was clean and seemed organized. You're basically paying what you would for boba these days for a smoothie instead. Does it taste good? Yes. Is it worth the money? Sure, if this is the kind of drink you're craving. Will the drink blow your mind? Probably not, but the experience is as expected - nothing more and nothing less.

The service was confusing honestly. I ordered Fruity Rocks without dairy and while they were making it a worker told me it's hard to make it without dairy and that it had soy milk.. so I told them to just add "dairy". I got my drink and they made it with no "dairy" aka soy milk since this location considers that dairy. I'm facepalming rn honestly lol

Located near supermarket. Lots of parking. Went early no line drinks came out quick and made correctly. We enjoyed the apple and greens .. although I miss when it had pumpkin seeds. My kid enjoyed her mini blueberry strawberry ? drink.

The service was okay, I'm typically used to the employees greeting us when we walk in which wasn't the case today. My bowl and smoothie came out fairly quickly and was still great, however I dont believe they put the whey protein boost in my drink. I say this because my drink wasnt a lighter colored purple that I am used to. In addition, I ordered a medium and expected my drink to come in a large cup since whey expands. Im aware of this because I used to work here. I just assumed that maybe they are new employees who don't know that smoothies with whey should always be placed in a bigger cup/should be given the extra. Hoping that next time I come, Ill have a better experience here.

Wheatgrass—- they gave me less than two oz. when I told them they shook his head & took back & he cut more wheatgrass put in the grinder but without using it & hiding the scene ,how he increased the quantity of juice he added the water while washing the wheatgrass & gave me.

The shift supervisor didn't accept my bogo rewards card due to apps not installed in my phone. Foster City location accepted it but not on this location and she was giving me an attitude. It just happened 30mins ago
