Boba Earl Grey Milk Tea: 4/10 The actual tea was really good, but the boba was an absolute disaster. It was mushy, yet not soft, and was way too sweet. Pandan Waffle: -1/10 Disgraceful to the inventor of the og Pandan Waffle. This one came in a popsicle stick :O Bland, dry, flavorless and it wasn't even a waffle. It was a pancake! Banh Mi: 6.5/10 Our Pork BBQ banh mi was overall mediocre, with only four ingredients: the bread, which was okay, the pork BBQ, which was delicious, and the pickled carrots and bean sprouts. Service took a while: 25 minutes. Vibe: very cute little restaurant. OVERALL: 3.5/10 would not recommend or come here again.

love this place! the grilled pork banh mi & filet mignon pho are sooo yummy. although i wish they had a larger size of the pho, the pho itself is just so flavorful and really fills you up. their fruit teas are refreshing and perfect! i also wish it came with a larger size. the owner is nice and friendly, really takes cares of his customers.

Amazing food and service at a great price point. The portions are perfect and food was high quality with lots of great portions. The boba was soft and tea was delicious. The decoration and ambience of the cafe was really cute and cozy, and I would absolutely recommend JenJon’s to anyone who wants a quick bite or to dine in.

I had their combination bahn mi. It doesn't taste good. There is a paste (no sure what its's made of) that tastes disgusting, almost like raw meat tasting. I didn't finish my sandwich. I may go back to try something else, but definitely not the bahn mi.

Can't believe I haven't wrote a review. I love this hole in the wall place. They pack enough ingredients for everything, especially the banh mi. Their summer rolls were so delicious also. As a Vietnamese woman, I do appreciate quality of food and good service. Definitely a must try if you're in the area.

The most disappointing Vietnamese sandwich I have ever had. There were three airy thin slices of meat to the "combo" and the pate was barely visible. At $7.75, this is a rip off! Would definitely not recommend. There are other options in the area with better quality that serve food more aligned with the price point.

I love the food here.l recommend the shrimp spring rolls and grilled pork Banh Mi. Jen Jon had great service, I am greeted with a friendly smile and My food alway come out quick and fresh. Although this place is small and may be hard to find if you don't live in the area it is the cute and welcome place with great food and I definitely recommend.

Stopped in while my car was being worked on and I needed a spot to setup my laptop. Ordered a Thai iced tea and a tofu bahn mi, and both were really good. Staff was friendly and willing to accommodate my work space. Service was fast and price was good.
