I tried to place an order at this Jollibee location around 8 PM, well before their 10 PM closing time, but the app showed them as closed. After calling, I was told their drive-thru was still open until 9 due to a holiday party. I got there at 8:45 and waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told they had almost nothing available. They couldn't provide a 12-piece bucket unless I waited another 25 minutes, and they had no spicy chicken at all. Basically, it felt like they just didn't want to serve customers at that point. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

Better than I ever expected! I really like spicy chicken, but it's never spicy enough but this place does it right. My bf's nose was running! We ordered a 10 piece mix of regular & spicy combo meal. FLAGS?! Yes, every spicy chicken had a little flag- a bit excessive but no one will be confused! I wasn't expecting a gravy/sauce for my chicken but it was great! We ordered a small mash potatoes & surprisingly, it was larger than expected. The coleslaw was nice without having too much mayonnaise in it. Overall, the service inside was good & the food was all great! If only it was a little cheaper....

They got my order wrong twice in a row. After I told them they got my order wrong the first time. They need to hire better workers that are detail oriented.

There are tons of reviews for the spaghetti and fried chicken already. This review is strictly for the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich....it was delicious and nicely assembled. Bread was soft and veggies weren't soggy. There are big chunks of jalapeño but you did order spicy. White meat chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside. Highly recommend, cheese was additional but worth it.
