I’ve always wanted to get one of these milk tea coolers and thought Id have to travel far to get one and never expected to get one near us :) and of course the milk tea and boba itself tasted great which made it even more worth it.
Definitely will be reusing this for a lot of drinks.
And the staff was very friendly, welcoming and the whole atmosphere of the place was lovely :) so a well added bonus

I ordered a puff cream milk tea and a tasty Pistachio Cheese Cake. Very sweet treats, definitely should hit this place up some more.
What i also love is the interior of the shop, it's so plush and pink!

Absolutely love K On The Go. I’ve been a regular since they’ve opened. Their drinks always hit. As someone who’s lactose intolerant, I really appreciate how many dairy free options they have.
My go to drinks are the fruit teas and slushies which are super refreshing. I also love their taro milk tea and Thai green milk tea. You can really taste the tea itself. Their seasonal drinks are always something fun to try too. Also, their boba is so soft and chewy. Their matcha quality is insane. They’re known for their Vietnamese coffee but unfortunately I can’t try it.
Beyond drinks, the food is underrated. The banh mi is solid and satisfying and the macarons are such a cute treat to grab with a drink.
The decor is whimsical and cozy. I’m excited to try one of their tea parties someday. Staff are super friendly and helpful too.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a third space to hang out in with fun drinks/food.

This is a new location in Union City and a great spot to grab yummy drinks. They have a nice variety of options including coffee, milk tea, fruit tea, and boba.
I tried the hot mango milk tea with oat milk, and it was very delicious. Comforting, well balanced, and not overly sweet. Definitely a good place to stop by when you’re craving a warm or refreshing tea drink. ☕🧋

Please don’t go here for the tea time experience. For starters, the atmosphere is not it. It’s just a regular, small boba shop with one table reserved for tea time, and all the other tables within a few feet have normal people with tea and coffee orders-it’s kinda awkward. Better to go to a place that’s dedicated to tea time. But that’s not really why I’m leaving a review.
When we sat down, the table had a dry rice grain from some food item on it next to my tea cup, so I don’t think the table cloth they were using had been cleaned since it’s last use. When the food came out on the little towers it did look nice, and the tea pot and cups were nice, but there were some negatives. One of my food items (the caprese) had hair on it, and I never got the chance to inform the staff because they didn’t come to our table after giving us the tea and food. The avocado “toast” was also on untoasted bread, which was mildly annoying, though it did taste good. We also never got a refill on our tea, which was supposed to have unlimited refills. The staff remained in the back except for when they were taking orders at the counter and bringing out orders to customers. They came by quickly after about 30-40 mins to drop off little boxes, and did not ask us if we needed anything else or how the food was.
Overall, this was NOT worth $60+ a person. I’m sure their bobas and coffee and food items they sell to go are good, but this place shouldn’t be bothering with tea time experiences because they cannot offer an experience that is worth what they’re asking.

Very yummy coffee. We tried Dalgona coffee with vegan croissant, way better than Starbucks.

Hated crushed ice in my milk tea.

Really cute tea shop! I had the Salted Viet Coffee, Matcha Strawberry Tea, Crunchy Mocha Mousse, and a FNAF macaron. All great and came out to like $24, way lower than I was expecting.

It’s very expensive for so little food, a croissant like 6 cm and a medium latte $14 USD?? It’s very expensive, the place is beautiful! But the food is very expensive

The reason for giving 1 star is due to the poor service on Saturday evening. The staff member on duty was mopping the floor right where we were sitting and made us feel rushed to leave. It was an unpleasant experience and very unprofessional

This is another location of K On The Go at Union City. The place is much smaller compared to the one from Milpitas, but they do serve the same items as well as the Tea Party one. Not much of the difference in terms of atmosphere but it’s still a good place to hangout.
About the Dalgona Coffee, I like how there’s three different textures each are probably ingredients. Obviously, when you mix it, that goes away. When I asked the staff about the drink, that doesn’t sound much different from other coffees but in a way, it’s not exactly the same or similar as the others.
