Really bad at customer service. I been calling to place an order 42 times and noone wants to pick up the phone. Yes the store is still open. Couldve atleast pick up and say closing in 15mins and cannot accept order. No excuses 42 times call amd noone answer is unacceptable. No wonder your store rating is at 2 stars.

Make sure you check your rice. This not the first time i got spoiled rice from this place. Tasted weird and smelt funny.

Heard him talking crap in tagalog on which i understood saying "this customer is hard-headed, i told him to come back in 20 mins" which by the way i came back in 15mins. If its such an inconvenience for your worker to see customers wait, then might as well close down

I ordered pancit bihon and got non- bihon noodles (egg noodles). Dish was on the salty-oily side. The only thing going for it was the abundance of veggies. This place failed to deliver the goods.

First time trying it this morning and will be my time time. I truly believe in first impressions. I ordered the Longsilog and the Tosilog. The Longsilog was way undercooked and the Tosilog was way overcooked and super dry. The garlic rice had good flavor but the rice was crunchy. This place unfortunately is for my taste buds.

BUT the guy who took our orders was not fit to be in the frontlines.He mixed up our order with a couple ahead of us AND he still was going to give the food he mistakenly gave to us to the other customer - he was clearly confused even though there were only two guests at that time!5 stars for the food, 1 star for the service we got.
This place is filthy! Starting from the door, condiments area to the table and to their waste and tray bins. Nasty! If these areas are dirty, I wonder how their prep and kitchen areas look like . I walked away after seeing all these filth.

When we want Filipino food and too lazy to cook or drive we go here. Kadoks is only open at a certain time. I've came here in the past and saw that their doors were closed around 5-6p. It is located in a super busy plaza so parking is very difficult to find sometimes. Our main dishes is the bangus sisig! Which is the ultimate "must try" dish if you go here. I've tried to make it before but it doesn't taste as good as this place. My daughter is such a picky eater so we always get her the bbq on the stick with rice. Which is pretty delicious. When I'm sick I have my husband get me the arroz caldo or the goto. Both are pretty good to eat if you have a cold. Their breakfast food is worth it and the nice thing is they open early. I don't remember what you have to buy maybe a full meal and you get a free soda. I can't remember. As long as they have the bangus sisig. I'll keep coming back!

I've been dying to try Kadok's for the longest time. When my parents decided to eat here for our Sunday Lunch, I was thrilled. Kadok's is located a few stores next to Seafood City-Union City. The first thing I noticed was how dirty and untidy everything is. I feel like they need a power wash to wipe out all the black stuff on the wall. The tables were sticky. The plates look like it needs to be washed. I was tempted to just eat our food at home due to the reason. My dad and I ordered chicken inasal with java rice and palabok. Both entrees we ordered tasted so good. The chicken inasal was very flavorful. Their servings are huge as well. I will definitely be back, but I will make sure that we will just do a carry out instead of dining in.
