The Original chicken doesn't look and taste like it used to a decade or so ago, which was fresh, juicy and finger-linking good. The drumsticks, judging from the black and dried bone marrow, were probably in the freezer for years. The muffins are terrible. The coleslaw is so plain and tasteless. So, I say: if you want some tasty fried chicken, try the Krispy Krunchy Chicken at the 76 gas station on Whipple Rd. in Hayward, next to the Target. In my opinion, it's 10x better than this KFC.

Not all KFCs are created equal, but this one was especially good. Me and my dining partner both got the 8-piece meal and it was very good. The chicken seemed to have just been cooked, it was hot, tender, and very juicy. Sides of Cole slaw, potatoes & gravy, biscuits, and a drink were all good. We ate inside and the tables were clean and service was quick and friendly. I would recommend this location but it seems best to come at the dinner hour (6pm) like we did because everything seemed freshly made at that time.

I ordered one of the family deals from the KFC mailer. The chicken was fine but the fries were super old as they were rock hard and the mashed potatoes was about halfway full. Felt like I got ripped off tbh

Fountain drink machine has a disgusting dirty looking tray. Hasn't been cleaned in a long time. After seeing this it was scary using machine.
I visited tonight at 9:45 PM and they said it was closed. The sign clearly said they close at 10 PM. Why the early closure?

I ordered chicken breasts. One was dry, overcooked and didn't look like a breast, plus it looked as if it sat out all afternoon. Definitely couldn't eat it.The other breasts were also dry, but looked decent. The biscuit was hard as a rock. Probably left over from lunch. I have been there before, but this time I realize I won't go back.
