Had to change my ratong from 4 stars to 1 star.
Came in early in the morning for a dozen glazed and a dozen classic assorted to bring to work. Unfortunately they had no glazed donuts. How could a Krispy Kreme be open and have no glazed donuts?
I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in like two years and I'm shocked how much smaller the donuts are now. Is this like a shrinkflation thing or did I just get a bad batch?
Lastly, these donuts were clearly from yesterday. A few were pretty stale.
Do NOT come here early in the morning. They don't make fresh donuts before they open.

To expensive since pre pandemic $16.00 for 5 donuts said it cost extra because two were specialty, never again. Pre pandemic you can get a dozen for $7.99. And this is my second time here where the workers are lacking in listening or straight out dazed out behavior.You say what you want more than once and it doesn't end up in your box or bag. Then they don't even have any original donuts, said they were all sold out and if we wanted them we had to wait 30 minutes, no thanks. To many donut shops to put up with bad service , over priced and smaller donuts and some are to sweet according to my granddaughter who didn't want any.I see why hardly anyone was there, but they claim sold out not true, they had entirely to many donuts just different flavors that didn't interest me, no originals or sour cream donuts and last time my grandkids wanted donut holes but they were really cut up donuts dipped in powder sugar and were disgusting, we got a refund for those, Krispy Kreme need to get it together.

I been going there for too long but one of the employees was very rude is name is AARON , im supust to pick up my order at 1:11 and when i iarrived i start to ask him but he ignored and i understand the he was busy but when i sawthe he was approached to me I tell him my name and start to pick up my order but he said one second... and I ask him where is my drink ? And he said is not ready I'm like really? Is 1:20 and is not ready yet ? Is supposed to be ready at 1:11 and he said I don't know ... that's very disrespectful I won't go there again...

I have been coming to this Krispy Kreme location for a decade, but my latest experience in November 2025 was genuinely shocking. It's already frustrating to watch the donuts get smaller and smaller while the price increases, eroding the product's value over the years. But the most concerning part is the absolute failure of quality control. I purchased 5 items this time, and the size variation among them was unacceptable. Please refer to the attached images: there is no parity in size, even between two donuts that were supposed to be identical. How can a flagship item show such a vast difference in dimensions? This is a serious lapse in quality assurance. Management must immediately investigate and correct the consistency issues being highlighted here.

I just bought some donuts about 30 minutes ago I ordered 3 custard, the custard has definitely gone bad!! After taking the first bite I immediately wanted to vomit! The custard had a green hue as well . I tried contacting the location but was unsuccessful.

I got an email about this $5/24 donut dots deal. I went there yesterday after work, but I was told they sold out.
I ordered online today to pick up at 5:45pm. I got one box of donut dots, but those were actually original donuts cut into small different size pieces. I bought donut dots from this store before, and I don't remember they looked like cut out pieces of donuts! It just looked so disgusting. I cut out donuts to share with family all the time, but none wanted to touch this box this time.
I called the store and they said that's how they made donut dots! They told me to bring it in and they can replace it. I asked if they have the real donut dots, then the men said they can refund it. Then my line was disconnected. I called again, a lady insisted that's how they made donut dots, and she said they can't refund it because it was a deal. I said, another men said I can get a refund. She gave the phone to him and he said I have to bring it for a refund. I asked to refund over the phone because I don't live near by. They told me to call next morning to speak with their manager.
I thought Krispy Kreme donuts were good until I started having to pay $25 for a dozen of them.

Wouldn’t do it more than once though (so I split it with three friends). Aesthetically speaking, the donuts were pretty good. Taste-wise, they were solid. I’d still prefer the classic glazed.
