Bought doughnuts with fillings and it only had the tiniest amount of fillings. Staff was excellent thought and hence the stars are for them but doughnuts fail.

I give the woman who was waiting on me 5 stars. For it to be driven thru the microphone doesn't work so you have to drive up to the window to place your order. This woman had to wait on customers inside and outside. We were patient with her. She kept her composure and still gave excellent customer service. Also just a heads up this is second time I have driven up and there is a cart with trays of donuts covered outside. Seems not sanitary.

We are visiting SFO. I was disappointed to see no dunkin doughnuts around. So, it was my first time trying Krispy Kreme. Freshly made doughnuts were just wow! I don't think I can ever go back to any other doughnut shop.

Went to Krispy kreme, to take donuts to a funeral reception, able to pick up dozens. drive thru, was quick and easy. everyone enjoyed the donuts

Their regular donuts are fine. Their seasonal donuts for fall are a bit too sweet but what made me drop a star was the terrible pumpkin spice iced coffee. It was undrinkable. I cannot even describe how awful it was. Super disapointed. Had to toss it, what a waste of money, save it for a regular cup of coffee
The staff members were nice but I had to wait for a while even though I ordered thru the app and was just picking up. I think they also ran out of original glazed mini doughnuts so they asked me if one of the boxes will have assorted ones. Overall, it was an okay experience.

LOVE Kripy Kreme. I’m so disappointed this time. How dare they have the drive thru open from 5am-12am on the website but in person it’s closed? i was very hurt, PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY before you have people drive out here!
