We stopped here for a weekend lunch and I was excited that my lunch companion would have her first experience with Filipino food. I very much enjoy this cuisine and love sharing the happiness whenever there's interest.Unfortunately, the food was quite bland and uninteresting (we had the grilled bangus and kare kare, halo halo for dessert). The rice and garlic fried rice were good. The fish was also fine, but the kare kare was very bland. I asked for bagoong and the server brought us the tiniest to-go cup with less than 1/4 teaspoon filled in it - also not very tasty. The service seemed inexperienced and unconcerned about us as patrons. Our orders were received wrong twice. We had to ask for water three times and finally just went and asked for a pitcher so we could serve ourselves. The atmosphere was calm and quiet for a nice meal... until about 15-20 minutes in when the TV was turned on to some variety show (?) at a volume that made it difficult for us to have a conversation.I'm glad that the area has this restaurant - we didn't find much else nearby - but I hope they strengthen their game for their guests.
Parking: While there are several spots right out front of the restaurant, we noticed that employees parked there so it's good that there are more spaces off to the side.

2nd time I went here. I wanted adobo and I got what I ordered ... and more. This is the adobo that I grew up with. Reminded me of my mom's cooking. I would definitely go back even for just the adobo.

Come here on my weekend or weekday. It's the traditional filipino food that won't disappoint. Always coming back to try different items. Always curious to try other filipino dishes to their tasting.I love it here.

Great food, very friendly service. Tocino sweet and chewy, garlic rice fluffy, chicken falling off the bone and served with vinegar. Very authentic, at least to my half Filipino nostalgia that I have for my Lola’s cooking :)
Pares is the bomb, but didn’t like the laing, which had an unusual flavor. And you can’t have it for Lenten Fridays because of the meat. People are very nice.
