The drive thru workers here is either dumb or incompetent or both. He didn't know that you can add an extra patty to a cheeseburger happy meal. He consulted with another worker and add it as an extra sausage to charge me more. Never had this issue with any other McDonald's drive thru or the self serve kiosks. Instead of simply adding an extra patty he added an additional sausage for $3.09

I’m really disappointed with McDonald’s. Every time I order my burger without pickles, they still put them in anyway. It’s like they don’t even read the order. And today was even worse — I paid for a large meal, but the fries box was only half full. If I’m paying for a large, I expect to actually get a large. Very frustrating experience.

I had a vanilla ice cream cone and small Carmel frappachino .it was outstanding and delicious .I enjoyed it .I will come back again .I livecdokalds mobile app to gain points when I go there. It helps me save a few dollars when I get to cash out an item or 2.

The food wasn't all that great, this used to be the spot back in the day. My burger was still a little pink and since it's McDonald's I wasn't too trusting of the rareness. The other meals for the others purchased were ok. They got eaten and no one got sick so 🤷🏻♀️.

Downloaded the app because it claims it'll make your visit faster however after using it a few times it's not doing what it claims... it takes even longer than just showing up and getting in the drive thru.. the app claims that if you order they'll make while you're on the way but everytime I use it I'm asked to park and wait anyways because my meal is being prepared.. I drove more than 10 minutes to the restaurant and my order wasn't started??? Don't waste your time or money 30 minute lunch is gone waiting for your food and don't bother with the app!

Terrible service! You go to the drive-thru just for them to turn you around after you order to wait at a number in the front parking lot. Complete waste of time and gas specially if you have kids in the car when it’s hot weather they don’t take in consideration of that. McDonalds needs to take consideration when there is kids in the car instead of having us wait almost 15 minutes just to get cold burgers, soggy fries and missing straws for our drinks. Do better McDonald’s !!!

non edible mc crispy. chicken was stiff like freezer burn maybe? I dont know, but it was hard. cooked fully just somehow wrong and not like heat lamp crunchy where it sat too long getting warm. this is like foam rubber stiff, like I've never seen before.

It is a McDonalds that is right next to the Union City BART station. The parking lot was almost full (parking lot was extremely limited).
I went to the curbside parking spots and got a Filet O Fish sandwich. It came in just 2 minutes. Service was excellent.
