They don’t even deserve 1 star. Hopeless service. I went there today and order food, waited an hour to receive my food that only after asking them so many times. Pathetic service and I’m never going back there. They should shut down!!

This is really disappointing. I ordered Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddles and Sausage Egg McMuffin via mobile app and picked up at drive through. Once I got home, I realized they gave me a different order. Tried to call for feedback but no one picks up. This is a frustrating meal.

This place sucks. The main thing I like at McDonald’s is the fries so I get the large size. They pretty consistently give me a half full, cold, undercooked fries. They make you pay at the window then park out front so they can make you wait super long and never bring the sauce you ask for. At $15.00 for a combo there is no value for my money here. They win, I won’t be back.

At least I see them frequently cleaning everything but I do not like not getting napkins in my bag and manager just sits at the tables and watches people eating I've got my order wrong a few times here. I understand running fast food or any type of food services hard but there is a point where you know what's right and what's wrong when you're working for food services

The guy at the drive through was really nice and took my order correct, how ever when I got my food the female at the window was extreme rude did even greet me or ask if I wanted any sauces, I was missing half of my order, went back left the store only to realize my bag was still missing items mind you I went back and forth 3 times so when I asked for their store managers’ number the manager on site told the guy that was gonna give it to me not to give me the phone number in Spanish… I’m Mexican !!!

The breakfast tastes good, but the price has increased a lot. There is no sugar and sauces that are freely available. The worst part is that the air conditioning temperature is too low early in the morning, and I am still shivering even after wearing two pieces of clothes.
