Ive never been a panera person. But they just moved in and i tried it and its pretty great. I been there a couple times now and im pleasently surprised

Went in after placing an online order and stood there for 20 minutes before I said excuse me where can I get my online order. The reason for the 1 star is because there was a manager and a prep person on staff and another employee that was clocking out. As a professional courtesy please acknowledged a customer standing in line as and say “We will be right with you” or “Do you have a question I can assist you with? The key is to acknowledge and not be rude and unprofessional to your customers. I left and will NEVER come back to this particular location. I worked at Panera before and I remember in training they emphasized always acknowledge your customer with a smile and say We will be right with you and thank you for your patience. After 20 minutes in line I received NO professional acknowledgment! I’m now a secret shopper and this Panera Bread failed the list with a negative zero!

Everything is so delicious and the staff was so friendly, happy to answer all my questions
since this was my first time going. Everything was clean & felt like good vibes inside.

As a customer, I don’t deserve to be disrespected by your store manager. The way she approached me was unacceptable - almost as if I had stolen something from the store. She asked whether I had a SIP Club account while I was getting and refilling my drinks, and I politely answered yes. I assumed the matter was settled, but she called me out again as I was leaving the store and demanded to see my receipt.
I showed it to her, and even after confirming that I had made a valid order, she continued to argue with me. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but her behavior made me feel singled out and discriminated against.
I have visited many Panera branches and have never experienced anything like this. This interaction was disappointing and unprofessional, and I hope it can be addressed appropriately.

Every time I come into this Panera, I’m greeted with nothing but positive energy and awesome service🤌🏾Tianna and Sabbath always go above and beyond🙂↔️ They’re warm, welcoming, and consistent every single visit. The rest of the staff is great too, and you can tell they take pride in what they do🔥
Not to mention… the place stays clean, which is a huge plus for me✨
Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and atmosphere keep me coming back. Keep up the great work, Panera team!🥰🫂

I love having this Panera so close to home. Staff is friendly. Food is good. I see people complain about the small space but I feel like for the location, it’s more convenient as a grab and go for people on lunch/dinner breaks so I wouldn’t knock them for being so small. Despite that, they always have the food ready in a reasonable amount of time.

Worst customer service ever , the supervisor or manager a very rude person , the lady at the register Willow worst she got my order completely wrong and got mad at me with attitude , don’t go there -10 rating
The staff very nice & go out of their way gave me a brown bag w/ handles when need container always get what I need, add more drink in the container w/ no problem My brother & I enjoy coming to Panera in Union City

I would not recommend eating at Panera in Union City. The food was terrible, the seating inside is extremely small, and the overall atmosphere was very unpleasant. All the workers seemed completely disengaged, like they hated their jobs, which made the experience even worse. On top of that, the manager, Christine, was very rude. Definitely would not come back.

Went in to buy a quick muffin at the self service kiosk, waited 5 minutes for it just for a worker to tell me that they're out, i said okay can you just cancel the order. Worker said sure, went to the back and then continued working for the next 10 minutes while NOT telling me that the order was cancelled and refunded. I get youre busy but making me wait for 10 minutes when you could have communicated that you had cancelled the order instead of making me stand around waiting the entire time would be the MINIMUM that you could do. Also, maybe dont let me order something you dont have in stock?

I was initially excited to try the new location, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The interior space is quite small, and the limited seating made the experience uncomfortable. While the food quality is currently good, I’m concerned that both the quality and service may decline over time.

Place is pretty small, so good luck getting a table.
But for takeout/pick up it's a good spot. I'm glad they are in Union city !

It’s very small panera bread. The seats are pretty limited. I can’t find any seat for dine in at 1:30pm

Brand new Panera location! The food is the same as any other Panera. The aesthetics are quite nice inside, albeit this is quite a smaller location compared to other Panera Breads. Staff is really nice although this location just opened. Very clean and nice interior. Outlets and USB ports are also available under the seats, which is a nice touch.
