Food was delicious- ordered their special #1 pho, spicy noodle soup and chicken wings. Also tried their halo halo dessert and kumquat sugarcane- so good! Service was great- very attentive and friendly! Dishes were good so ordered another pho and grilled pork rice combo to go. Will definitely come back!

A family run Vietnamese restaurant on the quiet end of Decoto Square with good food at reasonable prices.
Maybe I'm wrong but I think they make pho (broth) the old fashioned way with beef and chicken bones. The broth tastes a little more intense and unctuous in a good way.
So the pho is certainly good but also try the bun riueu listed in the specials section.
They like cooking with lemongrass here at Pho Mama so expect items to have more of it than usual.
The dining is medium small and a little dim. Service is friendly and accommodating and parking is not a problem.
We didn't know what to expect when we walked in but we're happy to have tried Pho Mama and we will return when we get a chance.

I am only giving them a great review for the food because I can’t deny it’s delicious but after today I’m completely done with this place I have been to this restaurant maybe on 2 or 3 occasions as it became my favorite. Today I get up real excited to go I arrive I walked in One lady came towards me as she looked at me funny. She didn’t greet me or nothing and I felt uncomfortable because when I walked in I was excited and I said hello and got no response just funny looks but anyways I proceed to let her know it’s just me and I would like to eat for here. She looked at me with this face of confusion/disgust And asked me am I sure I said, huh? What do you mean am I sure? She says oh I remember you you eat and you just go can you pay for your food first? I said you must got me confused with someone else because I come here all the time and I don’t dine and dash. I pay and say have a nice day when I leave. At this point, I’m furious, but I am so proud of myself because I Didn’t go off. I said can you show me the cameras she says oh no we don’t have it on camera. I let her know if you’re going to accuse somebody of eating and leaving you should know for sure who you’re talking about because to just assume and run the risk of offending somebody and losing a customer is a shame. She says oh you look like somebody. I would love to know who this somebody is that I look like. We’re not gonna play like race is not the issue here because if I can be more honest I definitely do not look like another Asian woman or etc being that I am a African American woman . So I showed her my ATM transactions of all the times that I have came to this restaurant. Before I showed her, I let her know that after I show you, I will not be eating here today or ever again And how offended I was by her accusations . I definitely feel profiled racially and accused of something that is not part of my character I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND THERE IS NO APOLOGY THAT WOULD EVEN BRING BALANCE TO THE WAY I WAS TREATED.

AMAZING PHO!! This was the first time I’ve ever seen a Spare Rib Pho, so of course I had to get it!! My gawwddd the meat just fell off the bone! It was so juicy & soft! The broth was delicious, the noodles were soft as silk! I can’t wait to come back!!!

Possibly the best pho I've had. My two friends said the same. We were in from out of town and got there sort of late due to travel congestion, but they were super friendly and the food was amazing. Would give more stars if I could.

This place consistently has great food and great service. The food tends to come out in less than 10-15 minutes after ordering, assuming it isn't packed. I always get the spring rolls and some type of beef pho. I'd come here a lot more often if I could.
