We came to Ramen Shu for my birthday dinner, and they were incredibly accommodating—even with our last-minute reservation. The service was genuinely wonderful; everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed on a special night.

The food was delicious, and I really appreciated how thoughtful they were in accommodating my vegan husband. They offered great options for him without making it feel complicated, which made the whole experience even better for our family.

Overall, we had such a great time here. If you’re looking for good ramen, great service, and a team that goes the extra mile, I definitely recommend Ramen Shu!

I noticed a strong smell of moldy basement in the restaurant, the servers are nice and orders came quick. I had the pork dark oil Ramen and we shared the tofu apps. My cousins had chicken tonkatsu curry and salmon bowl and they loved it. The portions were good and struggled to finish. The ramen noodles were good and right consistency and broth is not too salty it’s just right

I came here for ramen last week and the service was exceptional! The owner was very considerate and accommodating, he let us stay at the restaurant past closing time so that we could finish eating and continue our conversation! He even bought us apple juice afterwards once he saw that we were continuing our conversation outside the restaurant! Thank you for being so accommodating and welcoming! Truly appreciate the warm and attentive service :)

Laundry night is always Bento Box night when I do the wash next door I ordered the pork bento box. If you ever want to eat a five star meal, and make your laundry day a lot less grinding. The pork bento box is the best. It will fill you up for 12 hours. It easily can feed three people that thing is huge! I arrived and threw on a load of wash and every time I order it's always ready in 15 minutes! By the time the washing machine is almost done I am halfway through the meal. Throw the load in the dryer and I go back to my car and feast on the rest. It's the perfect plan every time thank you for being accommodating and friendly and cooking me a five-star meal makes my wash day much more inviting

Veggie ramen is very mediocre, I didn't like it at all, half of it is cabbage(?????), the broth doesn't have any flavor. Good for Japanese curry though.

I went there around 7pm yesterday and ordered the Aka reman. Level 3 wasn't that spicy! It had a strong garlic flavor because there was a lot of garlic in it! It was pretty tasty overall, and the staff were very friendly!!

The ramen was really good. The ramen had perfect amounts of flavor and I had just got my braces. The restaurant owner saw me having a sore mouth and I couldn’t eat. After we payed the bill, the owner gave me a little surprise. What a nice gesture.

I really hate to leave a one-star review, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I ordered the regular tonkotsu ramen, and unfortunately, it made me sick three times. Each time I had it, I ended up with an upset stomach—not just mildly uncomfortable, but really unwell.

There was a strange, thick layer of oil floating on top of the broth that didn’t look or taste right. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple times getting sick, I can’t ignore it anymore.

I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and looks into the quality and cleanliness of the ingredients and preparation. I’m sharing this not out of malice, but out of genuine concern for future customers.

Absolutely love Ramen Shu! This place has quickly become one of my go to spots for ramen. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the ingredients always taste fresh. I especially love their black ramen.it’s packed with umami and has just the right kick.

The service is friendly and fast, and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. You can tell the team here really cares about quality and consistency. Definitely recommend it if you’re craving a solid bowl of ramen in town. 5 stars all the way!

Simple Snacc

I think this place is secretly scamming people and nobody has noticed. Their ramen on their menu is listed as 17.95 but yet I was charged $18.67 for it. Their chasu set was +5.95 and yet I was charged $6.19. That is very strange and nowhere in their menu doesn’t say anything about being an extra 4%. That is pretty scummy.

That being said: The ramen was okay. I felt they added way too much green onion and if you really their black ramen - it’s heavily carried by the green onions - if you remove that taste it’s otherwise pretty bland.

Their chasu bowl was kind of disgusting. They added a big blob of mayonnaise that tastes exactly like Carl’s Jr. mayonnaise. It was so bizarre.

Overall, not a fan. I would’ve given a 3 star, but consider they’re being sneaky and lying about how much they actually charge - they get a 1.
