Very happy to have Simply Pasta close by! Love the concept and the execution. Simple and customizable, very generous portions, good value, and--most importantly--fresh and delicious food! This is not like some fast casual joint where you sacrifice quality for price. Ordered takeout: - Penne with meat sauce, sausage, chicken, broccoli, mushroom. - Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. - Fettuccine Alfredo with sun dried tomatoes, olives. - Seafoods Galore: linguine with clams, scallops, shrimp in white wine, garlic, and butter sauce. - Pistachio cannolis. - Fruit tarts. All the pasta was nicely cooked, but not al dente, if that's your thing. Maybe they can do it upon request. The scallops and shrimp were tender and perfectly cooked. Everything was tasty and well balanced in flavor. Nothing was too salty, sweet, greasy, hard, soggy, or dry. Really can't fault anything about the food, which is pretty rare for any kind of restaurant! The desserts were excellent as well and not an afterthought money grab. I love food and consider myself pretty discerning. I'm really quite impressed by Simply Pasta and look forward to coming here a lot. It feels like they put a lot of thought and care into their products and business. I hope they never change and stick around for a long time!

The place reopened recently. It's been our go to places for casual Italian food. My husband loves the seafood pasta.I like make your own pasta combination. We brought our son and my siblings. They also liked the food. They also sell Italian snacks.I highly recommend this place. ?

We've been wanting to try it for some time but it closes at 7pm and that does not make it very easy. We finally got around to trying it as to go. Smallish place but clean. Pasta was freshly made and came out quickly. The food is definitely worth it, the Italian sodas are also interesting. We could not try dessert as they had ran out. Service was sufficiently fast. Overall, we will definitely order again but timing and availability of favorite desserts remains a challenge. I will not ding them a star for having popular desserts or timing. I just hope they make themselves and their desserts more available.

Simply Pasta is a welcome addition. In my years living in the area, I don't recall an Italian restaurant ever inhabiting the shopping area they are located in. My review is only for takeout, but the pasta dish was good. I asked for a penne with alfredo sauce, shrimp, and added sundried tomatoes. The shrimp weren't plentiful, but sufficient. And tbh, if it were just a plain penne alfredo, it would still be good because the sauce was tasty as a stand alone. I'm unsure if they make their own pasta or if it's sourced. It was al dente though, so it passed the test for me. Pricing is fair especially in today's rising costs and the portion was comparable. They include a piece of garlic bread with each dish. I would definitely return to Simply Pasta.

I've had their pasta 4 times now, and it's always been great!!! Very tasty, and a great portion for someone that needs a lot or someone that wants to eat it as leftovers. The service is really nice too since the people that work there are really nice. Would recommend and will be coming back for more!!!

Finally, a place where you can get affordable pasta without having to go to an Italian restaurant when you need a quick pasta fix! Italian/pasta is hard to find around here, so I'm happy that this place opened! They always cook their pasta al dente and their sauces are great. I like that they give a slice of perfectly made garlic bread too! The owners are friendly and the place is comfy, clean and unpretentious. This is my go to place when I crave for pasta or garlic bread or both! I need to try their soup next time!

I've only been here twice and I like it a lot. Pasta is very tasty and reminds me of home. I forgot what I had the first time. The second time I came here, I had spaghetti with marinara sauce and meatballs. I love that they make it to order. I can taste a hint of sugar in their sauce, which makes it taste like home. I put a small amount in my sauce at home to balance out the acid from the tomatoes. Their meatballs taste homemade as well. They have such a nice, full, and balanced flavor. Their portions are great as well. I eat the entire thing to myself, and I'm not ashamed!! It's so good I can't stop eating it, and I refuse to share!
