Came here on Christmas morning to treat my husband and introduce him to Filipino señorita bread, and I left embarrassed. The guy at the front was straight-up rude. No greeting, no warmth, just attitude. If you don’t want to deal with people, don’t stand at the counter. Have someone who actually knows how to speak to customers. Being Filipino myself, I wanted to feel proud bringing my husband here, but instead it left a bad taste.
Please train your staff or put someone else there who actually wants to interact with customers. Right now this place is being held back by the wrong person at the door.

First off customer service awful big dude upfront. I don’t think he likes to work there. He does not smile. It does not say hello. It does not thank you for a tip. Bread tastes, horrible. They are missing an ingredient or you’re not cooking it right I think they’re using the cheaper way of making something and skipping a step does not taste nothing like señorita bread from daily. And the place is dirty.

First time buying here and The person working there, big dude (11/10/25 around 09:30am) is very rude, doesn’t know how to do customer service, doesn’t know how to talk to people, talked to other friends and said 2 years ago she had the same bad experience. I’ll never buy senorita bread on this place anymore. That guy needs therapy!!!

I found that their bread is perfectly sweet but not large sweet, perfectly smooth, fresh and soft enough. Love it 🥰
Señorita bread is amazing but the place has not been cleaned in months. Look at the floors and counter. If the front of the house is that dirty imagine the back. Cashier helping the customer in front of me (an older man) walked into the back cussing about how slow customer paid. Bad service. It is a shame as the bread is good.

Was there at 12:45p on 9/5/25. Got hot, out of the oven Starbreads. Opened the box in the car. 13 out of the 15 were totally undercooked. Tasted a few pieces that were definitely raw. Went back to the store to return. Employee there insisted that they were 'done' and they tasted them all day and this is how they are supposed to be. I showed him two that were golden brown and he said they were 'overdone'. I told them that the ones I have were raw and requested him to please switch them out. No apologies offered, no compensation offered. Got a box of cooked, golden brown. Please stop selling raw food and practice better customer service.

Been to Daly City one which never disappoints, Pacifica is sometimes underdone. Was in the area and picked up some here. Definitely not the same as the others, very dry, looks like the bread isn't rolled properly so all the filling is not the inside but on the outside. Really messy. Got tempted with the pandas mochi donuts, they're were so dry and untasted full and at $4 for one? Terrible sorry!
