I ordered an iced venti Gingerbread oat milk chai latte w/4 shots of espresso. I paid $11 for this drink that didn't come with the espresso. I used the drive thru and as I was leaving, I took a sip and noticed it definitely did not have the espresso shots in it. I couldn't go back for it since I needed to head back to work. I understand people make mistakes, but man this was just so disappointing and frustrating.

Excellent service at the drive through. The employee who took my order was so kind and patient and took the time to explain to me how a few drinks varied by taste.

They always mess my drink up, and try to over, charge me for the drinking. This has happened at least 10 times within the last month and a half.

This place is close to home and I enjoy coming here because it has a drive-thru. Sometimes the drive-thru is crowded and will take you longer. However, I went thru and saw only a car in front of me. I always come here and order their summer drinks. Today, I ordered their pineapple passion fruit lemonade. Once I get to the window, my order was ready in a few minutes. Paying was not a hassle since I have a reward card. This drink is so fruity with pineapple bits. It's not that sweet and the combination of lemonade and pineapple is refreshing. If you want a cold drink, I suggest you go to any Starbucks store and try this cold and refreshing drink.

Almost $3 a cup of coffee.I'm going back to McD and 7-11.More than 20% increase. Insane.Coffee beans wholesale prices already came down while supply side and farmers are getting back to normal.
Ordered White chocolate Mocha..Such a tasteless mocha I’ve ever had in my recent times.Staff was friendly but not well trained at prep ?Very very disappointed.Waste of ?

They give you quick drive through service, but once you get to the window and use cards they ask verbally for a tip, after they ask for a tip using your card, when you get home the coffee is wrong or too watered down. Never going here again.

Customer Service needs improvement. Barista should be more inviting when you pick up your drink, instead of turn and walk away when a guest try's to say Thank You.

I come here pretty often to "WFH" (aka work at an emotional support Starbucks) and the baristas are always lovely. I don't know why, but my drinks are always extra delicious at this location - it's like they make sure to leave room for some love in each cup :) maybe I am just delulu, but it really tastes better here.I never really liked Starbucks much until I started coming here, and the lovely baristas would suggest drinks I would actually thoroughly enjoy; so thank you all!This is starting to sound like an Academy Award speech but I do want to thank every barista for giving me the caffeine boost I need to be able to do work. I also want to thank every barista for being so kind and accommodating.
