Aniyah made me the best decaf brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso yesterday. I watched her put cinnamon in the shaker and on top of the drink at the end, small details like that make great baristas. 3 out of the 4 baristas that I've experienced here are really good!

These workers are poorly trained, un enthusiastic and straight LAZY. i’ll always go to a different starbucks before i settle for this starbucks. The drinks are always made with no heart or effort. The workers are always unenthusiastic and have attitude every single time. NOT TO MENTION, how are you guys always sold out of cold foam everytime im there during the day? This starbucks is inside a safeway, and yall are telling me you cant froth up some cold foam with vanilla syrup? Do better

the girl with the nose piercing that was working on september 8th around 5pm clearly does not wanna be there!😣 nobody was in line and i showed up and she asked me to give her two minutes then proceeded to go behind the kiosk and continue cleaning. not the first time she’s done this either! she’s always acting like she doesn’t see you in line and then when you don’t leave she asks you to give her two minutes and then spends another five minutes moving stuff around with no point. and if you’re still waiting by then, she’ll take your order, then continue “organizing” for another 5 minutes before FINALLY making your drink. the whole time, she looks very annoyed with whoever is waiting. also last time i asked for coconut milk but watched her pour whole milk in the blender omg. good thing i don’t have a milk allergy or something like that because that can be dangerous for people with dietary issues! don’t waste your time here! if ur really craving it just find another location to go to 😩😩
