One starbuck lady employee behavior very rude and bzy in work not listen me , delay my order, not treat like good and i order chai latte but she not make good its like a just water plz trained your employees m very disappointed đvery bad experience

today, January 27 2024, that is, Saturday, around 12:45 this incident happened, there are 2 people serving, one is white at the register, very friendly, and the one who is preparing and delivering an adult Morena, is throwing the drinks, the cup holders and she did not warn that the orders were already in place, several of us turned around just to see what was happening with that Lady, and a Lord commented, if she doesn't want to work, she shouldn't t come, she eats for us, (for the reason that there were several of us who noticed this bad attitude with the hot ones, was what encouraged me to write my opinion and that of several.today, January 27 2024, that is, Saturday, around 12:45 this incident happened, there are 2 people serving, one is white at the register, very friendly, and the one who is preparing and delivering an already adult Brunette, is throwing the drinks, the cup holders and she did not warn that the orders were already in place, several of us turned around just to see what was happening with that Lady, and a Lord commented, if she does not want to work, she should not come, for us she eats, (for the reason that there were several of us who noticed this this bad attitude with the hot ones, was what encouraged me to write my opinion and that of several.
