It was a busy Thursday late afternoon and the only barista on the floor was hustling between the register, espresso bar and pastry case while the other person was on break. She was so efficient and impressive with her speed. She must have finished at least ten drinks in ten minutes. If all Starbucks had hard workers like her, there would be no news of slow service at Starbucks. Glad to see that they have brought back ceramic mugs and have locked the restrooms for customers only.

Really bad service and the chai tea latte we ordered was awful. The order taker Serrina showed indifferent attitude and completely disrespectful. Showed lack of courtesy . Totally unacceptable.

This location used to be wheelchair accessible. When I went in today, I saw that they only had 3 small tables that were wheelchair accessible, and they were all in use. All the other tables were the tall bar tables, which are inaccessible to wheelchair users. Starbucks has made this location inaccessible to wheelchair users.
Parking: No ADA parking near this location.

VERY busy in the am. Even with a mobile order I had a wait. They need more staff.
I had to go inside 3 times to have my drink fixed. I order cold foam and they keep putting whipped cream. I asked them to fix it and they still put whip cream not cold foam and served it as a frappe not a sippy cup. Ultimately this place is great but it is now starting to lack it's greatness. Also for flucking up , they took my drink and didn't let me keep it as courteous, like they are supposed to when they mess up. What do I do now when they mess up 3 times in a row. Must be a barista that doesn't know what is going on. I still don't have my drink that I order and honestly won't be coming back if it's hassle just to get my drink the first time. I think there needs to be more training provided. Before there were exceptional baristas Also asked for extra drizzle of Caramel. It's called lining of the cup

I recently found my new favorite Starbucks coffee here! I tried the Iced Hazelnut Oat milk Shaken Expresso and I like it very much! I’d definitely recommend trying that one!

Worst Starbucks I've ever been into everybody seems unhappy stressed out not only that when they call out your order they say it only once so quietly you can't hear anything and you sit there waiting forever they never call your name again it's ridiculous I guess that's what happens when you have an unhappy employees or stressed out employees
