Cortado was extremely flat, no foam whatsoever. Definitely a waste of points, came a few days prior for a latte and had the same experience.

They supposed to be open until 10:30 but 10:05 they start folding the chairs making so much noise without any respect for customers, they turned off the lights, they closed the restroom to “clean”, we came in 9:55pm to enjoy half an hour of relaxing, but as soon as we got our drinks we felt they were kicking us out, very bad,

Only one barista was fulfilling orders. She was really busy! I saw her making my venti iced hazelnut oatmilk espresso and she forgot to add hazelnut syrup! I was about to ask her but the cup was already spilling! Hazelnut drink without hazelnut syrup! Not a good day today! 🙁🙁-JAY
It was a busy Thursday late afternoon and the only barista on the floor was hustling between the register, espresso bar and pastry case while the other person was on break. She was so efficient and impressive with her speed. She must have finished at least ten drinks in ten minutes. If all Starbucks had hard workers like her, there would be no news of slow service at Starbucks. Glad to see that they have brought back ceramic mugs and have locked the restrooms for customers only.
