Gabby the young lady at the register today is February 29, 2024. Management needs to look into skills when it comes to Gabby. She needs to seriously learn how to handle customer situations. If you don’t agree with a customer what you do is you professionally explain yourself that, the establishment has procedures and policies. You do not tell a customer that you are not going to put up with their attitude. I cannot make this stuff up. This young lady needs to be reprimanded ASAP.

I do not drink coffee, but I still will go to this location if I'm in the mood for a pastry or those packages that have different cheeses, crackers and fruit. They have good snacks. I also frequently go to buy gift cards since I know a lot of people who unlike me like coffee. I went there recently to buy a gift card and I paid cash. After I paid, I was expecting a receipt but she said she couldn't print it because something was not working properly. I left without a receipt but it's a bit uncomfortable buying a gift card cash and not being given any sort of proof of the transaction. I also like to include it with gift card when I gift it in case there are any problems. The ambiance was fine. I will make sure to ask if their receipt printer is working before I purchase a gift card.

To be fair, some employees are professional, friendly and quite fast. However, there are other employees there that will not focus on their work. They like to gossip about customers and even say some inappropriate things about customers. Some of them also throw tantrums and bring in their friends who intimidate other customers for no reason. They are also quite nosy and like to get into customer's personal lives. Pretty unprofessional. It bothers other customers as well to the point some of them don't even want to come back. Its an okay place to get coffee, but not to study or work from.

The worst service ,Everytime I come here it’s always a problem .Cashier says “nah we’re not doing frappes right now “ with a stupid smile on her face . And then laughs .At 5:30 pm on Wednesday.It’s always a problem here . The absolute worst cashiers .This is my 3rd experience with not being served here .Replace them asap .
