I went in tonight just for a cup of ice as I had been to 3 location to order a drink that was not available. I went in a simply asked for a cup of ice as I have done ole Ty of time before at this location and many others. The guy with glass and reddish brown hair coldly replied only if you make a purchase. The drink I wanted out of stock but I was being forced to order something. I gave up and left and will think about going to this location. As a rewards member and regular neighborhood customer it was surprising to be treated that way. Especially 5mins before they were even closing

Honestly, I love this place. All the employees are super efficient and kind. The atmosphere is the best if you want to drink something, work time, and share time with friends or family.. The place all the time is clean.
The barista reminded me that refills are fully charged when not using a for-here cup. As he handed me a plastic cup. So ok great thanks for telling me about the offer after I bought the cup.

What a nightmare! Beware of employee named Vanessa. She's very agressive, snaps at the drop of a dime and threatens to kick you out if you don't submit to her malicious contempt. I don't usually drink Starbucks coffee, but I needed a quick pick me up after 15 hours on the road. A friend suggested I order an Americano. When I took my 1st sip, I noticed it didn't have any cream or sugar. I asked for some, and Vanessa started yelling at me in front of customers and her co-workers. I explained that I drink McDonald's coffee and this is my first time getting an Americano. She continued to yell at me as I was pleading with her to please stop yelling. I then proceeded to explain that I have kids older than her, and to please be respectful. She then kicked me out of the store, because I kept pleading for her to PLEASE STOP BEING SO AGRESSIVE AND YELLING AT ME. I don't know if Vanessa is drinking too much coffee or if she's having serious life issues. Either way, I just wanted a strong cup of coffee without a young person going off on me. I was told that the District Manager's name is Ben. I'm most definitely going to reach out to him and corporate. I should've caught the interaction on video. 1 STAR ?
It's sad that I can't get my coffee right anywhere anymore. I have to constantly go inside and tell the barista what is exactly on the sticker on the cup because they failed to do it right. Not only is this disappointing but difficult because I've gone to so many near my home. And the last option is to drive out, but that's not beneficial for me.
Instead of opening new locations, you should give more attention to the current locations and focus on serving the customers.
Will not be returning.

One of my favorite coffee place..Very neat and very friendly staffs..
I do not recommend this location for shaken espresso or drinks with pumped syrups. I have to ask them to remake it almost every time. They need to go back to measuring ingredients. The blended lavender matcha is usually made properly.
