The barista reminded me that refills are fully charged when not using a for-here cup. As he handed me a plastic cup. So ok great thanks for telling me about the offer after I bought the cup.

What a nightmare! Beware of employee named Vanessa. She's very agressive, snaps at the drop of a dime and threatens to kick you out if you don't submit to her malicious contempt. I don't usually drink Starbucks coffee, but I needed a quick pick me up after 15 hours on the road. A friend suggested I order an Americano. When I took my 1st sip, I noticed it didn't have any cream or sugar. I asked for some, and Vanessa started yelling at me in front of customers and her co-workers. I explained that I drink McDonald's coffee and this is my first time getting an Americano. She continued to yell at me as I was pleading with her to please stop yelling. I then proceeded to explain that I have kids older than her, and to please be respectful. She then kicked me out of the store, because I kept pleading for her to PLEASE STOP BEING SO AGRESSIVE AND YELLING AT ME.
I don't know if Vanessa is drinking too much coffee or if she's having serious life issues. Either way, I just wanted a strong cup of coffee without a young person going off on me.
I was told that the District Manager's name is Ben. I'm most definitely going to reach out to him and corporate.

It's sad that I can't get my coffee right anywhere anymore. I have to constantly go inside and tell the barista what is exactly on the sticker on the cup because they failed to do it right. Not only is this disappointing but difficult because I've gone to so many near my home. And the last option is to drive out, but that's not beneficial for me.
Instead of opening new locations, you should give more attention to the current locations and focus on serving the customers.

I do not recommend this location for shaken espresso or drinks with pumped syrups. I have to ask them to remake it almost every time. They need to go back to measuring ingredients. The blended lavender matcha is usually made properly.

Dirty store. The floors were sticky. There was a drinks thrown and smashed up against the wall inside dripping down the window down the table and all over the floor. All three trash cans were overflowing.There were 4 employees in front all talking, laughing, cussing. They was No one in front of me as I stood at the counter for almost ten minutes before I was helped. Kid who helped me had no emotion and looked miserable to be working there.Drinks were standard Starbucks.Parking lot is small

I believe in giving restaurants second chances. Both times I was surely disappointed in the service of this particular Starbucks.I highly recommend training videos for the staff on customer etiquette. If you are going to make your customers wait, at least have the decency to let them know that it'll be a minute. Also, the employees seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than with taking orders even though I was literally the only person in line.Enjoy this store if you like poor customer service.

Coffee is not that good as per Starbucks standards. Not very clean. They don’t serve you good if you don’t tip them well $$?♀️(I noticed, they only call for my orders, if I tip more $$$). I always add tips, even if it’s not required in ALL Starbucks Café…
