Service is really bad. The only woman who works there is extremely unfriendly. I ordered a drink and she asked me what size I wanted I said "large" then later when she repeated my order she used the word " venti " for " large". She was like if you don't know how to say Large in Starbucks I WILL HAVE TO LET YOU KNOW! I don't need that attitude! BYE! The drink taste bad too. I got some gift cards from work otherwise I would not go to Starbucks.

Only customer there and barista was filling up supplies that were "not essential". I had to go to work and it did not seem that the stocking would end soon so I left. This is not the first time where I have experienced a lack of attention to the patron. I have been to other Starbucks in Safeways that are not this way.

Stopped to get a coffee at this location inside Safeway a few times. Same cashier girl took my order. Extremely rude to customers, which is unlike my experience at all other Starbucks. Her supervisor should take note, provide oversight, and require an attitude adjustment. This girl does not belong in any customer service role. Disappointed Starbucks gave their location to Safeway in lieu of the very nice store which closed around the corner.

I had the sbux app open to scan my code and the cashier said she couldnt scan it but on counter theres literally a code to download the app?? so i don't know how that works lol. also i ordered a sugar cookie latte but it was really bitter :(( and theres always the specific cashier that's always in a bad mood so that's kind of disappointing especially because there's times that she says she's closed even though there's still like two hours left before closing and she just tends to have sort of an attitude in general =(

I come here a lot because its the closet to my house. The problem is there is 3 sometimes 4 people working and they are really slow. People have to wait 15 minutes for coffee. I think the manager left and the guys there really dont care about their job. They don't call your name or what you order they just set it down and expect you to come there. It isn't the best service people probably come there because of the location.

Three times now the young Barista has gotten my order wrong. They should close at 5 according to Google but if you go any time after 4:30 they'll say "sorry we're closed" with 30+ minutes remaining before 5pm. I get they're tired and maybe understaffed but their younger barista is really bad. Shop at a real Starbucks if you can... don't waste your hard-earned money on an already overpriced wrong coffee order.
Absolutely horrible service. I'm here now and the people are so rude !!! I'm used to going to a Starbucks and being greeted happily. But I guess Dana is having a bad day. Horribly disappointed! We are originally from this area , but we recently moved to the Central Valley. The baristas there are amazing. Always happy , always asking how our day is going , but these people here are RUDE! And to top it off , I just tasted my mocha and it's HORRIBLE!

Warning during COVID: If you are thinking of ordering ahead via Mobile, make sure that you are okay with the possibility of having to wait for your drinks outside (15-20 minutes at least). Get a frappuccino? Probably will be melted. They will only let 5 people in the store at a time according to the law. That means if you have a group of 5 people that order on site and wait inside, everyone after them must wait for their drinks to be made before being allowed inside to pick up orders. Some places around the area allow only 1 of the party to usually come in to order to prevent this problem. Other places have customers wait outside to keep the line moving. Other Starbucks in the area have two lines, one for mobile and the other for on site paying customers. This one does not. Think of it as a drive-thru only Starbucks that you will need to get out of your car to order.
