I eat here at least 3 times a week because im broke and the lux box is $7. I order completely through the app and they still get my order wrong at least once a week. It's honestly incredible that the employees at this place cannot read a screen properly. When i go inside to get my order fixed it is always a 10 minute ordeal due to having to wait for someone to be paying attention enough to notice me and then explaining the issue multiple times before they understand how the food was supposed to be made the first time. I hate this location.

Ordered Mexican Pizza..the shell was stale and tasted super bad almost felt throwing up. My daughter ate unknowingly half and she complained about the bitterness that’s when I tasted and found that food was completely stale. Have filed an official complaint with the store manager and county health department. Taco bell should improve the kitchen hygiene and health safety process.

This place is disgusting. Smells gross inside. Watched the manager open the restroom door come back in the kitchen put his hands on everything. Next started making food for orders. Still wearing the same gloves as when he went to the restroom. We cancelled our order and got a refund. Service is very slow and food quality is very bad.

Went through the drive-through today. The place is cool, and it looks like it was recently remodeled. It's typical Taco Bell food. Everything was great except for the temperature of the food. I would still go back.

The service here is great, it didn’t always used to be, but recently it’s improved tremendously. The workers are very nice attentive, and dedicated. The manager here named Mula especially needs a raise. He gives five star service every single time. No matter how busy he always finds the time to greet you and ask how you are doing. Thank you for being kind compassionate, and going above and beyond for your guests. I wish more people would leave recent positive reviews because they are well deserved.

I got the Disha Hot discovery box, and I didn't even get the Disha Hot sauce?? Like wth, why did I get the box then? Did I still need to tell you I wanted the sauce, if I was already getting the DISHA HOT box? I just think it's ridiculous...and the drive-thru worker had a crappy attitude, and didn't even give me my receipt. Truly amazed.

Lady that works drive thru in the evenings is RUDE.
They never give you the sauces you ask for, and they only ever give you a couple napkins. It's guaranteed you're getting two napkins with your $25+ order.
So this time when she handed me the bag I asked for extra napkins. Without giving me the courtesy of even looking at me, she kept the bag out and said "already in there"
Yes lady, but I asked for extra. With an annoyed face she put more in.
I open the bag and take out the extra napkins she put on the top so I could count exactly how many napkins I would've been getting this time.
