This is the worst place to order food her Oct 13 th time is 12:19 I went inside to order food I ask where I can order the manager told me on the screen I been keep touching the screen so many time but screen was off then again asking is this screen is not working there was no answer then after couple minutes later they said they didn’t here me because of screen is not working like my fault I did not asking the big heavy weight manager does not wanna give me name . One Indian guy and Spanish manager start yelling me like I am asking free food . If you don’t like your job don’t do go somewhere where else where you have nothing to do

I ordered through UberEats and my driver had to wait 15 minutes for my food to be ready.
They gave me basic tacos when I ordered the crunchy taco supremes. That's an important detail they should not have missed. I paid extra for it.
The orange whip drink tasted nasty, like there was old rum in it.
The food was cold and lifeless because the people and management don't give a shit about their customers at this location.
Hopefully I don't get food poisoning from this crap food I ate.
Do yourself a favor and just spend your money at In-In-Out. Or go to Union Landing and support a small business.

I eat here at least 3 times a week because im broke and the lux box is $7. I order completely through the app and they still get my order wrong at least once a week. It's honestly incredible that the employees at this place cannot read a screen properly. When i go inside to get my order fixed it is always a 10 minute ordeal due to having to wait for someone to be paying attention enough to notice me and then explaining the issue multiple times before they understand how the food was supposed to be made the first time. I hate this location.

Ordered Mexican Pizza..the shell was stale and tasted super bad almost felt throwing up. My daughter ate unknowingly half and she complained about the bitterness that’s when I tasted and found that food was completely stale. Have filed an official complaint with the store manager and county health department. Taco bell should improve the kitchen hygiene and health safety process.

This place is disgusting. Smells gross inside. Watched the manager open the restroom door come back in the kitchen put his hands on everything. Next started making food for orders. Still wearing the same gloves as when he went to the restroom. We cancelled our order and got a refund. Service is very slow and food quality is very bad.
