I ordered 2 chalupa supreme and the inside the chalupa was black colored. It just nasty looking. Is not worth going here and your food is nasty looking.

We ordered large order online to pickup. My mistake is i didn't count the items in the bag. One chalupa missing! Now I don't want to drive back to the store and ask.

Please always check that you received all the food you ordered. They don't care!

everytime i come to this taco bell they mange to mess something up this time the lady was rude af, forgot to add something and when i mentioned it said she didn’t charge me for it and when i asked to purchase said no because of the line. fortunately for her my boyfriend was driving bc i will be cussing her out next time , all of the food was mid temperature and she took forever just to take our order in the first place

The food was okay, the customer service wasn't really the greatest, as soon as we came in to order we were told to use the electronic devices to order instead of doing it in person. It was like they didn't even care for the customer service. Everyone couldn't speak English very well so that made things difficult as well. Atmosphere was alright but could use some adding to with everything else.

Don't expect what should be a normal amount of cheese just based off the

simple layout of shell, meat, lettuce, cheese, let alone the extra you paid for. And when you ask employees for a little more, it's as if you spit in their face and made them pay for it, ridiculous! The franchise owner needs to fully RE-STAFF with competent, driven people.

My favorite Taco Bell. Been going to this location for years. Great customer service. Always find something affordable on the menu. One of my favorites are the breakfast burritos with Cinnabon coffee.

Update: Afternoon staff need customer service skills and pay attention to details like napkins, sauce, no double cracked taco shells over another taco shell.

It's 1am on this Tuesday went to the drive through, the lady was very rude and crunch wrapped had nothing but lettuce in it and the cheese was thrown in the bag do that it spilled over everything! Unexceptable!!! Never eating here again.
