A bit noisy, because it is busy and for the most part everyone is having a good time! Food is almost always on point. Service by waiters/waitresses always great! If real busy I recommend being very specific and make sure the hosts understood your requirements for seating and check back in often! Sometimes they get overwhelmed and forget how important the customers are!

This a great value place to have dinner. The only disappointing part was that they don’t have short ribs. Recommended and be aware that on average you’ll be waiting 2-3 hours for your table. So don’t forget to register online well before leaving to the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: No worries there

Perhaps it's just a hype that makes this place be busy. It's crowded when we got there on a Sunday evening!
The steaks were a bit chewy and salty. Not so different from dining at Denny's. You'll get the grease and salt plus the fattening fries.

Had to wait an hour to be seated on a Saturday afternoon due to this place was packed with customers. While the host was seating our group of 6, the other staff members wouldn't even move out of the way to give us room to walk by to get to our table. Very unprofessional and flat out RUDE !!!
Our server was very friendly and nice, but then he leaves and pawns us off to another server. She was nice as well, but there was no communication between the two servers. Our orders were missing side dishes and it took forever for them to be brought to us.
I ordered an 8 ounce sirloin steak and it was more like a 2 ounce minute steak. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium, it came back well done. The steak was tougher than beef jerky, and no flavor of any kind !!!
Someone in our party got a side dish of French fries and they were so nasty. They tasted like fish. It's obvious that Texas Roadhouse doesn't change their oil in the deep fryer.
The restaurant was extremely loud and our group had to yell in order to hear one another. Not a very enjoyable luncheon.
I highly recommend going elsewhere to eat. Especially, if you're going for a steak. This place is that bad !!!

Had a great time at Texas Roadhouse! The wait was long, but not as bad as expected, and when you're with friends, the time flies anyway. They were very accommodating for our party of 15, seating us at two back-to-back tables, which actually worked out well since it's hard to talk to everyone at a long table anyway.
Food came out quickly, and the fried pickles & potato skins I ordered were delicious. The service was great, staff was friendly, and the best part? They split every single check for us, a huge plus for a big group!
Overall, a great experience with good food and even better service. Definitely recommend!

Not how it was before. Steaks are smaller I don't think they give you the right Oz anymore. Also wayyyyyy more expensive.

Went yesterday to this establishment and ordered food Togo. I was very disappointed to see that I was missing almost half of my order. We were missing the loaded part for the potatoes and most of my sides. I would guess if I had to pay extra I would receive what I was paying for.

Came here with friends, but not really a steak person, so I got some grilled prawns.
Sadly the rice, corn and prawns are way too salty. It's as if the chef just dropped the whole salt bottle into the plate. Onion cactus is ok, prefer onion rings.
Only tasty thing is the bread rolls.

Busy, some staff standing around talking too long, not attentive enough. Years back, the manager on duty..use to make rounds and check on guests.
Parking: I was invited to eat at this restaurant.
At the bottom of my salad bowl hidden from sight a piece not hair hugging the plate. I hope I do not get 🤮 later tonight from my meal.

I recently visited Texas Roadhouse, and while it’s a decent option for an affordable steakhouse, my experience was just okay. The highlight of the meal was definitely the rolls—soft, buttery, and delicious—but I had to wait quite a while to get more.
Unfortunately, service was lacking. My husband’s green beans were forgotten, and my steak wasn’t cooked the way I ordered it. Rather than sending it back, I just took it home. The overall experience felt a bit unorganized, and I think the service could have been better.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly steakhouse with great rolls, Texas Roadhouse might work, but don’t expect top-notch service.

It is an authentic American gathering restaurant. The atmosphere is nice. American atmosphere. But tips are too expensive these days.

I've always been a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse, so I was excited to celebrate my birthday there last night. Unfortunately, the evening took an unexpected turn, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.
The food was, as always, fantastic. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. However, just as we were settling into our meal, chaos erupted a few tables behind us. A fight broke out, and before we knew it, police officers were walking back and forth next to our table.
The atmosphere quickly shifted from relaxed to tense, and my wife and I couldn't finish our meal in peace. It was disappointing, to say the least.
To make matters worse, the birthday treat I received was underwhelming. Instead of the usual brownie, I was told they had run out, and I was given a bowl of ice cream with chocolate sauce drizzled on top. While I appreciate the gesture, the presentation looked sloppy, and it felt like an afterthought.
What struck me as particularly disappointing was that the staff seemed more focused on the drama unfolding around us than ensuring their customers had an exceptional experience. We had waited for an hour and a half to be seated, only to have our special night cut short by circumstances beyond our control.
I understand that incidents can happen anywhere, but I hope that in the future, Texas Roadhouse will prioritize their customers' experiences, even in the face of unexpected events.
