Cash and Johansson always take care of my family, which makes things easier, especially after getting off work. The manager, Shaun, is very observant, too, always checking on others. Definitely recommended for a date or family event.

Friday's is a great place to come wind down after work or bring the family. I always see families leaving satisfied after celebrating a birthday or event. I enjoy a good drink, which Andrea and Breanna always deliver on. They take things to new heights with the way they make drinks. Not only is the presentation amazing but they are always friendly, which makes me want to come more often. The app rewards definitely make sure that happens, too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.
The food was very tasty the Salmon was a bit on the small side, but the manager David was awesome and totally took care of us and made sure we were satisfied Customer Service was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

We come here from SF so you know it’s good. My favorite drink is the strawberry Hennessy and anything that has the whiskey glaze is yummy. This place is great for families the waiters are friendly and the manager is amazing. We will come back as long as it’s here.

This was a first time eating at TGIF.We had a nice female server. We got lunch 2 specials.I got chicken sandwich with fries. My mom got a pasta with chicken dish. My mom said the breadstick needed some flavor and the dish was just ok.The chicken sandwich seemed like a simple frozen patty, with a cheap slice of American cheese and a slice of avocado. The fries were a tasty season fry.During our visit a male came to our table and gave us a coupon to use on another visit. That was nice but not sure we will go back since the food was just ok. Many years ago, TGI Fridays was my favorite place to eat (Vallco Mall, Cupertino)But now, it seems the quality of food products have went down a lot.

I took my daughter here waited for 5 mins till someone came acknowledged us. The restaurant was empty, only few people sitting at the bar. We were told the wait was 10 minutes. We waited another 5 minutes, than we left and went to another restaurant. Extremely poor customer service.

The experience here was unfortunately not very good. The restaurant was more than half empty but we were still put on a 30 minute wait. Perhaps they were understaffed but after we were seated there were several mistakes as well. Our salad came with the wrong dressing and they forgot to bring us water.The service was also generally slow and the sanitization wasn't great. The menu was sticky and the table wasn't fully clean.At least the food was good, but I wouldn't go back.
