I got a Philly cheese steak with no cheese? The bread fell apart because the filling was so wet. Not a good experience at all. Tossed it out and went for a burrito. Super messy but not in a good way. Without cheese the whole thing falls apart.

Really good cheese steak sandwich and the steak fries are my favorite. No enough places have those. A bit on the pricy side would be the only draw back.

Today, I give this shop a 3.5. I cannot stand being ignored. The young man at the counter today was going to just let me stand there. I'm real curious how long I would've been standing there if I didn't get his attention. For as much as we eat there, that interaction pissed me off. No one person working today was friendly. I believe as a worker in a small business, if you make eye contact with a customer, you speak or smile...something. You don't just stare and then not greet your customers. So frustrating. We choose this shop because it's that good, but so uh customer service like today, I could easily go somewhere else.

The chicken cheese steak sandwich is delicious!! I can’t believe I haven’t ordered the sandwich with chicken before. So good! It’s fewer WW points than the beef sandwich so I thought why not. I’m so glad I did. Yummy! Everything the Cheese Steak Shop in Union City makes is delicious! Best around!

By far the worst cheese steak shop I've been to , Ever. Food had no flavor , the cheese steak was so greasy it soaked through the bread and wrapper and tore everything up. Do not recommend AT ALL
Food was good but could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint. I was the only one out of three of us that didn't get a pickle and peperoncino.

They're generous with the meat and the portion is satisfying. Unfortunately, some flavor is lacking from the sandwich. I think it's the mayo, I'm use to kewpie mayo which has a little msg. I was very happy with my curly fries and onion rings! They were crispy and fried perfectly

went there couple times. Food is prepared very nicely.. toppings are free like mushrooms , jalapeños , green red peppers , give it a try if you are a cheese steak fan . And they have chicken and veggie options too
