We came to try out their new chicken club and it was delicious! It was loaded with fresh tomatoes and lettuce however the price point seemed really high for the amount of food you get. If it weren't for a deal, I don't think I would have ventured to try this item. I also ordered a serving of onion rings which were super crispy and stayed crispy throughout the afternoon. The portion size was fair for the price point. They also have some interesting drinks like strawberry limeade, hibiscus water, and teas. We didn't partake in any beverages this time around but on a hot day, they do look refreshing! We chose to take out but the restaurant is really nice inside. There were plenty of tables and chairs the place looked relatively well kept. Before you sit down or take off, make a visit to their sauce and toppings bar to grab some ketchup, jalapeños, chili peppers, limes, or pepperoncinis. They're on the house and can add a kick to your meal! Overall, I'd prefer to stick to their burgers but regardless, every visit has been an enjoyable experience so far. Their service is better than most and the quality of food is great. The prices can be shocking but if you catch a deal through their mobile app, it can be worth the visit!

Tried the new Grown Up's meal. Pros: regular Char burger, fries, drink and gummy burger for only $6! (Added .90 for cheese. Cons: For $6.90 no cons. You can't get a similar meal at In and Out, McDonald's etc. for this price.

The lady working the pick up counter needs to learn situational awareness. There is no reason under the sun that I should have to interrupt your conversation with someone you're clearly friends with to be acknowledged. And she didn't give me my drink, I had to grab the cup off the counter myself. She chose to talk to her friend in front of me and ignore that I was behind him for an unreasonable amount of time. Letting my pick up order go cold, it was just rude and unfriendly. Highly unlikely that I will ever go back to this location

This is a solid Habit spot, I've been to many and this one is about as consistent as you can find. They have self-order tablets at the front that are easy to use. Food is up to their standard in terms of burger quality, preparation, etc. I even have ordered the new chicken bites and those were solid. Service has been quick and easy. Inside is usually clean and well kept. My one gripe with all Habit locations is that they skimp heavily on their french fries... You should never have to worry about the quantity of fries!! The only thing about location is it's just in a weird parking lot that sometimes requires you to park far away.

My autistic son loves their chicken bites. I order extra crispy and they do it just right. Service is pretty fast. Never had to wait longer than 10 mins. I would recommend this place if you have a picky eater that likes crispy chicken & fries.

The food at The Habit is awesome, especially for vegetarians who want a great, meatless burger (complemented with crispy tempura green beans)!However, I would not order online -- UberEats, Doordash, etc --from The Habit. There is usually at least one item missing. And there is no way to call the store; all calls are fielded through a centralized location, which offers no recourse.Update: I sent an email to Customer Service yesterday afternoon: no response. I'm finding a new place for meatless burgers: kicking The Habit :)

My overall review of this place is only 2 stars, It was However Almost 3 stars because of the Following:Last week on friday , Right after I usually get off of work, the Decision was unanimous - HABIT Burgers.Cheerfully , we decided on the Union Landing Location Because of it is closer to home. Upon entry to this establishment, The self order kiosks' were unavailable, No problem, Well just order at the Counter. Originally we could not decided what we wanted, there were lots of very good choices. However I did notice that the Restaurants Music atmosphere made me look around and do a double take , The music was something like what is called a "Cumbia"? OK so- I got vibes of a Different restaurant and for whatever reason I thought that maybe they also had a Fresh Salsa Bar, OK so, perhaps it was just part of some music stream, or so I thought, But after the song ended, then some mariachi song came on, and another and another.. Wait a second, Is this the type of thing you hear at a place like this, I'm sorry, but personally it just doesn't fit the Habit image, Unless the Menu contained Mexican Cuisine? or was there some super secret menu that I wasn't aware about.? Anyway, the music Continued song after song after song, Now my taste for hamburgers had gone completely gone south and to boot the gentleman got my order wrong, I told the gentleman specifically, the menu stated a 'Double Char 'MEAL'- "WITH CHEESE", Yes I want "THAT"meal please. I was taken by surprise, It was only the price of a Hamburger?, Wait... No fries? No Drink? .. Dang it, He didn't charge me for a Meal? OK, Now I was completely and Utterly peeved, after going thru all that, beforehand, with this young man arguing with me that Cheese is 90 cents extra , OK so , He did make it right, and gave me the other items for free, But it seems to be the norm, On many occasions, have had the same experience. I don't know, Perhaps we should of gone to the Pacific Commons Location Instead at the very least the music will fit the theme of the restaurant.

Just came for a snack before a movie. I had the tempura green beans and it was a Monday evening so it wasn't busy. The staff was friendly and the item served was exactly as I remembered it. This location has quite a bit of seating and shares the parking with Union Landing, which is sort of a maze. Though it was a different location, sometimes they do fundraisers to give back to the community. Happy to participate in those! Review #93 of 100 in 2023.

Came here for dinner. Hopes are usually kept low for salads at burger joints but this was surprisingly fresh, tasty, and a larger serving than I thought it would be. The grilled chicken was nicely seasoned and still juicy (not dry!). Splurged for the extra avocado, which I'm really happy I did. Always have to get the tempura green beans. Chicken nuggets were ok/good.
