Went here twice, once to dine in and once for takeout. The staff is so nice and accommodating and the food is so delicious! We had the bangus, the adobo rice, laing, lechon, and the bbq chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious - really quality Filipino food here!

Ordered OXTAIL KAREKARE but instead got THREE PIECES OF MEAT ONLY and WAY OVERCOOKED VEGIES that almost dissolved in sauce when I was digging up the meat. Spent $46.00 for this plus a few pieces of jeprox. Called up and before I was able to say anything the person on the line said WE DO NOT DO REFUND. WHAT THE F___ K instead of just asking first WHATS WRONG WITH THE ORDER.

I've been in this restaurant a few times. food is good and the place is sometimes rented as a venue. the place is small but it has a nice feel to it. my big gripe about this place is that the last time I was here my wife and I bought food to go (dinner) .. went back to our hotel room only to find out that they did not include any utensils. we had to leave our room again .. go downstairs to our hotel lobby.. stand in line and ask for utensils from the lobby staff so that we can eat our food. we were so hungry and so tired from the days activities.. all we wanted to do was eat our food.

My go-to place whenever i need a great meal. I like the Pinoy Fiesta for it's taste and affordable price. $27.00 for all of these: Pork Bbq, Sisig, Bistek, Fried Veggie Lumpia and Rice good for 4 people.

It was our first time to try this place. We usually go to another Filipino restaurant in the area. We ordered the lumpia and when my boyfriend took a bite of it he immediately spit it out because he said it was disgusting. We also ordered a couple of fish dishes on the menu, the sizzling bangus belly and sizzling tuna. Both of the sizzler platters weren’t warm enough and turned cold just after a couple minutes. The bangus was okay but the tuna wasn’t good at all. We also had the shrimp sinigang and it was the worst sinigang we ever had. Overall it wasn’t worth a try to come to this place.

It's a pretty good Filipino restaurant. My sister invited me to meet and eat there. It was my first time. The good thing though is...they accepted my poodle in the restaurant since he is my "service dog".

I was excited to introduce my friends to Filipino food, since none of them ever had Filipino food before. A colleague had recommended Tribu Grill, since he previously has had events there with 10+ people and the staff are very accommodating for large groups. We only had a group of 8, so it worked for us! The restaurant was very accommodating with reservations, and I was able to put in a reservation for 8 on the same day as our visit (we went on a Thursday night). Once we arrived at the restaurant, my friends let me take control of the wheel and order away. I ordered a wide array of appetizers, entrees, and desserts to let them sample the vast array of Filipino cuisine. We had only ordered Lumpia, but the staff was kind to throw in 2 free orders of chicharron. Then the entrees came out - basically we had a wide assortment of pork dishes ranging from Lechon, Adobo, Sisig, and Crispy Pata. In addition, we also had Pancit, Kare Kare with oxtail, and Bass. My friends and I greatly enjoyed everything presented to us. Everything reminded me of the flavors I'm accustomed with in Filipino cuisine (including some dishes my mom would cook for me). The only downside was the Kare Kare was a bit too oily, but everything else came out really well! I then followed up with a couple of Filipino desserts including Halo Halo, Bibingka, and Turon. Again, the desserts were also incredibly delicious (although sharing Halo Halo was a little difficult for a group of 8). The Bibingka had a very nice chew to it but was not overly chewy. The Turon surprised me since it was more Turon a la mode - I've never had it served with ice cream before, but it made for a delightful treat! The staff made this a great experience overall! The service was great throughout, and we all left feeling full and satisfied. And even with all the dishes we ordered, it came out to ~$20/person, which is pretty affordable given that food in the Bay Area can be pretty expensive!

Food, was great. Service from Bo, Madel, Ken, Joshua and staff at Tribu was top notch! As in super asikaso and we didn't have to ask twice from food prep to refills hanggang to-go boxes hahaha!! Salamattt so much! The ambiance was perfect for my daughters birthday dinner. We are very satisfied customers and so proud to have this Pinoy restaurant in the Bay Area.

I still miss the previous Tribu Grill food… I’ve only been here 5x since the new management/owner took over years ago. Honestly I would have not come on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th time if not to show support to our friends’ bands and to attend (birthday and Christmas) parties. Their food is not the reason to come here… for my case it’s just the company of friends.

The food is fair is not what expected. We ordered to go to try out the place since my dad was graving for crispy pata ,pork sisig and Laing. I did order the pork grill bbq. The bbq was quite dry, pata was a bit plain and the Laing is quite milky without any authentic flavors. I've been to a lot of Filipino restaurants and this location doesn't cut it. It feels like they are catering more to non Filipino customers. Either the main cook doesn't actually know how to cook traditional Filipino food. Is in great location but ambiance is normal Filipino restaurant. Will probably not order from this location again.

I had a Monday night dinner here with friends. It was quiet which I don’t mind. Portions were good sized, not huge but definitely not skimpy. I enjoyed the grilled milkfish, oxtail and beef shank soup, and crispy tofu and eggplant in sticky and sweet sauce. I don’t have Filipino cuisine often, but I liked this place.
