My first experience here was terrible i went to get a pick up order and it wasn’t ready. The lady told us that it was 6 more minutes and we waited. I had ordered A seasoning for my fries and they didn’t put the seasoning. Also the boneless wings were burned here are some pictures. When you bite them they tasted really burnt i didn’t look at my order until I was home and it’s already closed so i couldn’t go back to ask for a refund or replacement.

This restaurant doesn't follow the posted open hours. At least they should post on the building different lobby hours if that's what their going for. After 9pm whoever is in charge of the shift will not let you dine in the lobby.

I’m just bent that on “Wing Day” as advertised on their own website you can get 5 wings free with the promo code, well not this location. Here you gotta buy a whole other combo. Kinda lame. Why advertise it if you don’t want to honor it.

Union city Wingstop location is by far the worst location and the employee who helped us was very rude- named Pedro. He told us there was going to be a thirty minute wait time when we ordered and 40 minutes later told us another 15 min and then another 8 min only to be told there will be an even longer wait time. We cancelled our order and did not even get an apology for their mistake to give another customer our order. Hopefully Wingtop hires better employees at this location who are more experienced and have better customer service.

I always forget to review this place. Of the many wingstops I’ve tried, this is the only one that gets it right every time. Everything is always packaged perfectly, cooked well, and all instructions are followed exactly, if not above and beyond! I drive farther just for this location. This location rocks.
The food that they had given me was old and I got a stomach virus after I ate Wingstop this is the second time this happened to me because of all the nasty oil they used for the lemon pepper I don’t recommend anyone going to the union city location . I had to go to the hospital because of the nasty food they cooked and I don’t think they change the oil and plus the lemon pepper wings had too much oil .
