Caramel Macchiato with almond milk here is $11 (+3 for almond milk, when Starbucks and literally every other coffee shop I've ever been to is only $6-$8 at most. Service is great though. This has nothing to do with inflation and everything to do with a greedy owner

Stopped at the drive thru yesterday to get a couple of cones. Hubby got a single scoop chocolate chip in a waffle cone and I ordered a single Rocky Road in a waffle cone. We don't have Rocky Road. Ok, give me a Pecan Praline then. We are out of that too. Well, what do you have? After a long pause and heavy/disgusted sigh, the guy starts to name a few. I quickly made a selection and he read my orderback to me correctly. When I got to the window, he handed me the CC/waffle cone and then proceeded to give me mine...in a small paper cup. My scoop looked like a Jr. size ?. Hubby's scoop wasn't any bigger either. I told him it was supposed to be in a waffle cone as well. He took it from me and proceeded to dump it, spoon and all into a waffle cone and then gave it to me. I paid and drove off. The waffle cones were stale and chewy... pretty gross. I will not be going back there. Service and attitudes were stale as well.

Very clean and organized. I drive through this area when I’m traveling and it was the first time I have ever stopped here. I was very impressed how nice the staff was and how clean it is. I spoke to the assistant manager just to compliment him. ?

Tried to get a milkshake at 9:00 p.m. (they close at 10:00 p.m.)They said they had to do a defrost and would only make smoothies. Had a party of 4 people wanting ice cream products and would not serve us. They refused to give us any service. Left with nothing. Terrible experience. Will never go back to a place that doesn't want my business.

Never have anything in stock.. never want to help anyone 4 hours before close or later... always some excuse.. no donuts.. no ice cream, time for a new ice cream shop to run mendocino for real and don't go to ukiahs you'll sit with roaches.

Well I can’t attest to the service or product because when I went there at 8pm they were closed even though it says open until 10pm. Very disappointed.
