This place is lucky that they are the only Carl’s Jr nearby in Lake County because they have some of the worst customer service I’ve EVER had. Everytime I come here it’s a bad experience with the impolite workers and most of the time we have to drive through TWICE since they can’t get orders right the first time. Definitely a waste of time and money people!

Every time I go the cook itches his head or ears 👂 😩 disgusting , I pay money for my expectations of a clean meal and environment, carls junior owner you need to show up unexpected on manager and all , see if they itch there head or scratch ther arms disgust
