Im done with this place. How hard is it to serve fresh food that doesn't require a chisel or a jackhammer to bite through? Oh, you want a quick sausage & egg biscuit for breakfast? No problem! Here's a three hour old doorstop with the density of a hockey puck. C'mon worker, you know you feel how hard that biscuit is in your hand right? If i'm paying up to 6 bucks for a simple breakfast item it shouldn't be some sort of outrageous request to have it be edible right? Don't get me started on their chicken sandwiches. It should be illegal to serve food more than an hour old that's been sitting in some bin for who knows how long! Train your staff to recognize old food please.

5 piece combo w/ drink & a cheeseburger and excessively sweet lemonade at $29.99 is a tad much but this is why we don't eat out as much. Burger was good. chicken looked very crunchy. kid said it was ok.

I will never give this Carl's Jr another dollar of mine about 2 weeks ago I drove at 8:00pm to get the $5.99 deal after 8:00 make your own bag I drive up and everything's lit up I'm like hello ?and no one's answering she never answers and she knows I'm there. I drive up she opens up the window and says we're closed and I'm like it's 8:00pm on the weekend and she's all were closed like I was supposed to know that when it says they close at 10:00pm and they got a deal past 8pm. Then last night I waited 25 minutes I was the only person in line for 25 mins I waited on a $5.99 bag and kids meal with no other cars and today I had two cars in front of me and it took 14 minutes and as soon as I got up to the window my phone died and I couldn't redeem my reward although the cashier knew it that I had it. I said just give me a second to turn on my phone they couldn't even give me a second like 2 minutes to turn on my phone and they were like demanding that I leave I will never give you another dollar. And when he did scan it his scanner was broken it wasn't working and he still would not give me my reward of waffle cut fries because I pay so much money to come here I get something on rewards don't waste your time here and money go to a real Carl's Jr where you're waited on promptly and when you're respected and customer service the guy who scanned my thing he knew I had a reward and it was his own scanner that was at fault not me and they still didn't honor it I'm not coming back we will spend our money at legit Carl's juniors
I was really pleased that they had a vegetarian alternative because my sister had traveled a long way, and I didn't realize they didn't have the impossible burger anymore
