Went to the drive through at 5:45pm on 11/30/25 I was told no food could be ordered besides doughnuts as well as cold and hot beverages were available due to the oven being turned off. When I asked why I was told that they turn off the oven one hour before they close, and they close at 7pm on Sundays. The attitude of the workers was disappointing

We live 40 mins away and we drove all the way here and we called twice and they said for sure they were open and when we got there they said drive through was open and it was not and we asked the customers and they agreed that Dunkin’ was absurd and also they were in there” acting “ like they were making drinks but in reality NO they were not I JUST WANTED A SABRINA CARPENTER DAYDREAM also when we tried to ask they did not communicate properly and just shooed us away

Me and my freinds drove all the way from Willits to lake county to get the Sabrina carpenter drink and called 4 times to ask if it was open cause there was a wildfire so we asked to be sure if they will be open and they said yes till 8.00 4 times this is outrages and the employee inside were acting like they were making drinks and staying in there longer to get more money and they were so rude

The staff is always kind, professional, patient, and accommodating. They’re willing to slow down when things are busy and accommodate special requests. Went there this morning and they were super busy. I forgot to order a sandwich and they let me do so at the window. Highly recommended.

The only good thing I can say about this place is the Worker Angel who provides excellent service, everyone else is by far some of the rudest people I’ve ever met with the worst service. Most of the workers will treat you as if you are below them and have a bad attitude, it very unfortunate that they are the only Dunkin nearby in Lake County.
