This Dunkin' is Dunkin' on all the other Dunkin's. That Sweet Pepper Bacon Croissant is Fire fire flame, Priscilla's customer service was that of a 5 star hotel in Dubai.
The staff is always kind, professional, patient, and accommodating. They’re willing to slow down when things are busy and accommodate special requests. Went there this morning and they were super busy. I forgot to order a sandwich and they let me do so at the window. Highly recommended.
The only good thing I can say about this place is the Worker Angel who provides excellent service, everyone else is by far some of the rudest people I’ve ever met with the worst service. Most of the workers will treat you as if you are below them and have a bad attitude, it very unfortunate that they are the only Dunkin nearby in Lake County.
