sept. 24, 24. there was a different time before this that is was my first time, just donr remember when. anyway, i think i hav gotten the best dumplings out of the other joints i went to when i was in san jose. its a nice joint.

Shiumai was good, the rest very average. Restaurant is quite clean with outdoor seatings.

Husband ordered noodles with a pic that had no eggs. It was served with eggs. Customer service was good. They remade the dish no problem. BBQ pork buns were tastless. Rice noodles were tastless. Leek pork boiled dumplings were ok. Last time i tried this place was months ago, and i wasnt impressed, but i couldnt remember why. Now, i know for sure we will not be returning. Tasteless and overpriced. $13 for sauteed green beans? I wanted to like this place, i love chinese food and dumplings and buns, and i enjoy the atmosphere and customer service, but i just can't justify spending my money here :(

A small place in the Nut Tree plaza center and the Chow Mein is fire! Food tasted great and quick service. We coming back for more. Price is right for the food they give you. Highly recommend!

The shrimp dumpling had very little shrimp, the pork & shrimp dumplings had almost flavor. The BB Q pork was very good

Surprised by their crab & pork xiaolongbao, it has flavorful and juicy fillings with a thin layer of skin.
Steamed dumplings are also above average, the dumpling skin is thicker but with great texture.

I’ve had multiple issues with this restaurant. They consistently get orders wrong, whether it's dine in, take away, or delivery, and they almost always forget to include dipping sauces in my to-go orders. When they do include the sauces, they’re so poorly packaged that it all ends up spilling in the bag. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I love the food though, that's the only reason we still come here.

This is a new little restaurant inside the outlet stores at the net tree. When you walk in , you have to place your order, and then they seat you. At first, it seemed pretty expensive to me. As each item runs individually, about $9 a plate to $18 or $20 a plate. The great news is that you get a large plate full of food that you can share with several people. We had plenty enough to eat there in 2 of us.Take leftovers home for dinner and breakfast the next day. The employees are nice and helpful. And a cool treat for the customers is that it Has a window into the back of the kitchen so you can watch.The employees making the food especially the dumplings and pot stickers.What a treat to watch those skilled hands make your food. It's not super fast service since they make everything fresh, but it will be worth the wait. I've already raved about this restaurant to my family and friends and plan to go back, Of course, on a pay day, though. There are not too many places to sit inside and a few tables outside.So, I hope they plan on moving to a bigger facility to allow more seating. Again, I would recommend this place because the food is delicious and flavor.

Vegetarian options: When you are finished eating and have plenty left over.They do have a cabinet stand by the register where you can grab utensils, bags, and to go containers.

Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic and had no problem eating any other food. It is fresh
and healthy.

Parking: This is located inside the nut tree parking complex, so parking is not easy to find. This could be a benefit for those of you who like to burn off by walking back to your vehicle. ?

Kid-friendliness: Although it's great and common food, unless kids normally eat this, I would probably take them somewhere else.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but it is a very small restaurant, so space is limited.

This is my first time going to any 88 Bao Bao chain restaurants so I can’t compare. However, if you are in Vacaville and craving dumplings this is the spot. Food was really good.

I'm a regular here and had to lower my rating , usually do take out today was disappointed that I ordered shrimp fried rice today and got No shrimp and it wasn't busy either so they have forgotten
