They have so many lovely small desserts, clown cones, cake slices, cake cups, it’s a good idea to have some of these small desserts for the family weekend night! Love all of them And very clean and neat in the store.

Ice cream had hair in it asked for refund it was big fuss over it when after finding hair the crew & manager should have showed more empthy but had no regard for this situation will not recommend this location *how do I attach pictures

My daughter wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday this year and she wanted a very specific and special character, that isn’t very popular. Not only did Baskin Robbins on Alamo make it happen in all her favorite flavors but it was beautifully decorated and the character was perfect! They pulled it together in 3 days and kept up with communication the whole time so not one mistake was made. She was sooooo happy. SEAN is magnificent his work is flawless and his effort, care and work ethic is top notch. THANK YOU!

My girlfriend and I were basically rushed out of here. I asked for a chocolate cone and the employee grabbed the smallest cone and plopped the smallest scoop I have ever seen served to me at an ice cream shop into the cone. Won’t be going back. Both employees seemed like they would rather be anywhere than at their job.
