Employees were very welcoming. Clean. Service was fast. It's sample friendly. Kids love it here. There is plenty of seating outside. As always, it is a great selection of flavors. I had the pumpkin pie waffle bowl. Bingo. It is in a small shopping center but close to residential. Cookie cutter simple looking, but what we've come to expect.

We went to this location to pick up a polar ice pizza, Reese's peanut butter cup flavor and get some ice cream while we were out. I like this location a lot it has a little sitting area for you to hang out and eat your ice cream and enjoy it and it definitely has a little bit of space for you to hang out inside soon as we walked in the staff was welcoming. Ask us if we needed help with looking for anything specific or if we wanted to try any flavors however, we were ready, in the know of what we want so we went ahead and got multiple waffle cones with 1 to 2 scoops in various cones that were but the scoops were decent and they were not skipped at all as we know some ice cream shops use a smaller scoop. However, we could never say anything bad about Baskin Robbins, especially this place hands-down very friendly group that was working the evening we went. We will be back even though it's cold outside who doesn't love a little bit of ice cream when you had a long week or just felt like you needed something sweet if you were in Vacaville check this location out they do have another one on the other side of town, however this is our choice location

My daughter wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday this year and she wanted a very specific and special character, that isn’t very popular. Not only did Baskin Robbins on Alamo make it happen in all her favorite flavors but it was beautifully decorated and the character was perfect! They pulled it together in 3 days and kept up with communication the whole time so not one mistake was made. She was sooooo happy. SEAN is magnificent his work is flawless and his effort, care and work ethic is top notch. THANK YOU!

Shaun was nothing short of amazing. His help with my daughter's birthday will always be appreciated. He truly helped relieve some stress on this busy day Store is being remodeled and will have a beautiful outdoor seating area with nice ivy walls around so that will also be lovely. Always a good experience at this location

We stopped here on a Saturday night for dessert and the two workers (wish I got their names) provided exceptional service. Typically you don't expect much when you're just ordering rice cream, but their service and their kindness stood out more than any experience at any Baskin Robbins.
