I properly never had issues with my meal or sitting, but Jan 22nd was a late date night @9:15 with reservations 🌸🥰 and our server didn't come til about almost 10 minutes after, of course not minding in the beginning. But throughout the course of me and my boyfriends sitting we weren't served our drinks til after our food (entree) was given; we were given appetizers already? Again acknowledgment, I don't believe it was personal but watching another table of a caucasians/primerly white of 6 being served drinks automatically compared to having to wait seemed unwelcoming . I'm Mexican and light complexed and my boyfriend only spoke Spanish, I hope it didn't seem I said something offensive but after we spoke I didn't see my server on our table specifically, only the other table of 6. Or as well as behind us from my boyfriends perspective since I faced towards the front entree. Overall food was really good. Checkups would've been nice, we were only checked on in total 4 times; we saw him roughly over 9 times. Our serve was tall around 6ft, Caucasian as well, and he had pretty lash extensions done☺️🌸, just the service could've been more welcoming 🫤🌸.

everything is great, except the service. whether in vacaville, or modesto, service is always poor. so poor to where i don’t even leave a tip. (i tip dutch bros employees, that says a lot.)

Tiffany is a great server! She knows the menu and specials and is very friendly and professional. Service was quick, food was good and served hot.

Cannot say enough about our server Amaya! She was by far the best server I have had in a long time. She was perfectly attentive and didn’t make my friend and I feel bad for catching up for hours. From start to finish she was on point.

Tri tip was cooked exactly as requested, loved the mozzarella salad option and the loaded mashed potatoes were delicious. The slider appetizer was a perfect starter and delicious. The adult beverages were perfect.

Waited 20 minutes after being seated and no one came to even ask if we wanted a drink. Needless to say we left since no one was available to take our order. The table next to us was apparently waiting longer than us because the left right after us.

I saw others being waited on and we were looked at. I’m guessing we just weren’t sitting where the waiters were working.

So we ended up at Jack in the box. We will definitely tell people who are traveling through Vacaville not to stop at your restaurant.

Met a friend for dinner here because it was halfway for each of us. BJs is definitely a popular place, it was very loud and crowded on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly (we had reservations), but waited a long, long time for wait staff to approach our table. Understandable given how busy it was, but still... Food was okay, no complaints but nothing exceptional. We had tortilla soup, wings and a hamburger. Fries came after we were all done eating, apparently there was high demand? Music was very loud, hard to have a conversation. So, it was as expected for what it is. Obviously popular but not a place we'd return to.

It was loud, screaming kids running all around like it was Disneyland. The table, seat and booth were dirty, my wine glass was so disgusting, I drank straight out of the mini Prosecco bottle. The server took forever and the food was cold and gross. People were coming in all around us and getting their drinks and food before we even put in our order. We won't return.

Our dinner was on Dec. 22nd and the place was understandably packed with holiday celebrations plus a local NFL team was playing on multiple big screens. I think the staff was just overwhelmed and I appreciate that they did their best. I would definitely go back.

Food was terrible order the prime rib, it was ok at best. The roasted veggies were cold and undercooked the only decent thing was the mashed potatoes.. drinks also took forever and it was over 10 dollars for a moctail no alcohol and still expensive I will definitely not be returning

I came to BJ for their Pazooki special. I was seated immediately and my waitress took my order quickly (Mandy). I did not have to wait long for my food. Then I ordered my Pazooki. My waitress came by twice to tell me my desert was coming. In the meantime, others were receiving their Pazooki. Twenty minutes later I was tired of waiting. I spoke to the manager who offered nothing except to check on it. My waitress had just checked on it and told me it was coming out right away. No one seemed concerned about how long I had waited except getlman who cleaned the taes
