We went here on a Sunday and they didn't have much available. They have their 3 course meal which we know is limited so we had a back up in case it was out which it was. My children then ordered chocolate milk and milk and when our server came back with drinks he informed us they were out of milk. They were also out of fruit so my kids had to adjust their orders once again. My pasta came out and it was burnt in several sections and smelled burnt so they remade the pasta thankfully. Overall it just wasn't a great experience. We do love BJ's and will go back to one, but I do not recommend going to the Vacaville location, especially on a Sunday when they are out of most things.
We were extremely disappointed in the service tonight. It took over 30 minutes just to get a beer from when we ordered. We finally got it after checking in with the staff twice. We ordered two appetizers: the spinach dip and the bone-in buffalo wings. The spinach dip was burnt, the tortilla chips were cold, and the bowl seemed half-filled, especially for a $17 appetizer. We also got served the wrong wings, with boneless wings coming to our table twice, before finally getting the right appetizer, which thankfully was hot and tasty.
We were also disappointed by the response from the manager, Carlos, after we escalated. He chose to blame his servers instead of apologizing or taking any responsibility for the multiple issues we were having at our table. We come to BJs plenty of times at other locations, and have always enjoyed coming, but this location made for a very poor night out.
We had reservations and were seated right away , that was great. BUT then sat there for 36 minutes and NOT ONE PERSON came to our table for drinks or to take our order. Guest that came in after us ordered and got their food! And NO it was not busy at all.
Fantastic service. They even brought a pre meal snack for my daughter while we waited for our food.
Excellent service, restaurant extremely clean, sports tv oriented. Prime rib sandwich not so prime. Served with some diluted miso soup instead of au jus?
Overall, I'd say the experience was definitely not worth the tab we paid. The service was completely lacking. I'd also say that if you can't properly handle a large party, don't accept the reservation.
My 2-star rating is due to the food and furniture. The service was decent overall, but the waiter was good. He was very attentive, informative, and had a pleasant personality.
I ordered the Vegetarian Deep Dish Pizza. It was good as far as food goes, but it was below average for Pizza. I'm not sure if it was salty or the flavor of the cheese threw me off.
The booth seat didn't feel like it had any cushion. I sank down when I sat in it, which made the tabletop higher than it was designed to be. The table was clean, but it seemed to have a slight stickiness. It felt like it had been wiped off with a wet rag and left to air dry.
The bathroom was clean.
Food was Amazing, service was 5/5
We ended up booking a reservation here for dinner for Mother's Day. I knew it was going to be a zoo and didn't want to add to what the poor servers were dealing with, but it was what I needed to do for my family. It was definitely crazy, and they were out of a couple of items we wanted to order, but I could tell our server was doing her best to give us great service. The appetizers were a little late, but the salads, meals, and desserts all came out in good time. The drink refills were handled appropriately. And all the items were cooked well and very flavorful. My dad kept raving about his ribeye, that they nailed the rare cook temp and the flavor was exquisite (I joked that they probably loved a rare steak order when they were slammed, it's on and off the grill quicker!). Oh, and an unexpected bonus of etched “Happy Mothers Day” wine glasses for the two mothers at our table! Overall lots of kudos to the BJs team for handling the chaos.
Overall it was good. I took my husband for his birthday we waited a long time to get our buffalo wings actually they came after we were finished with dinner. Got the free cookie with ice cream for his birthday but I think they waited too long to bring it out because the ice cream was melted alittle and the cherries had already slid off. The management was good and so was the service. It's not their fault if the kitchen was behind.

Food came out over cooked and cold. Salad was served with the entree. One entree was served 10 minutes after everyone else received their food. Ordered a glass of wine when seated and waited 30 minutes for it to be delivered.
Wonderful Easter family get together, great food, service and attention. Thank you for accommodating us a little earlier than our reservation.
Had a reservation but the place was not busy. Seated us at a small booth which was tight for 6 people despite plenty of open tables. Food was expensive and lacked flavor. One of our meals did not come out at the same time. Beer was flat from the tap and seemed watered down. Server was nice but kept forgetting items requested. Definitely not worth what you pay for. Ordered 6 entrees and 5 appetizers.
They didn't want to honor the reservation i made though open table. Because "It's a busy day" so I had to wait 30+ minutes with my date on valentines day wile people with no reservation were being seated
Waitress amazing steak was overcooked and plain. She replaced for a much better steak cut and flavor
