Lauren C was awful spent more time stuffing her face eating than attending to my girlfriend and I. Made sure to leave all of her tables for the last 45 minutes so the bar and kitchen closed without putting in more food or drinks orders.To add more pain, she then added herself a tip to my check because she felt she deserved something from her lack of service. Something told me to save the receipt.

The delicious food and wonderful service make this BJ Brewery Restaurant a franchise standout. Having experienced the best and "just okay" of this company's various locations, I am able to highly recommend a delightful time!Wheelchair accessibility: I am appreciative of a ramp close to the stairs. It is sometimes difficult for me to walk down stairs and definitely nice, wide ramp for wheelchairs to utilize.

So we've been kind of shy to go to BJ's cuz the last couple times the service hasn't been what we were hoping for. Upon this visit it seem to be going a little better. server may have been new but she was pretty prompthitting most of the service points you need to deal with. The back of the house was not up to par,the appetizer I ordered came out looking like garbage. it was supposed to be super pepperoni extreme or something and it look like a cheese pizza with a couple blocks of pepperoni. But then after speaking with one of the most amazing management team I've ever dealt with is his name was Rick I believe this gentleman went above and beyond made sure that the pizza thing came out right and then some. that already sat really good with me. then finally as the meal goes on the kids meal that we ordered first right away, so it would come out right away. took forever to come out, I had to ask about it. then when our meal finally comes out my wife's meal she's told that the bacon that goes on top will be coming out shortly, and I'm assuming that that's why our food sat in the window because they were waiting on that bacon. Unfortunately my burger was cold didn't want to ruined the evening for my wife, so I pull the manager to the side without her knowing to let him know the issues that have arisen. Rick again went above and beyond more than I could have ever expected from anyone and made the trip more memorable than forgetful so Rick who's new with the management team at BJ's is doing an amazing job, thank you Rick for all that you did and for helping ensure that my wife had a good time as well.

We have gone to BJs several times in the past, but our recent experience was truly disappointing. Really really bad service, marginal food, high price. We were sat at a table that had not been bussed, I had to point this out to the host who removed the items from the table but did not wipe it down. I ended up getting up to get our own napkins and utensils after the food had been brought out. I had to ask several times for the items we ordered when they never came out. The plates that were brought out for appetizers were wet with bits of food still on them. The food was ok, but over priced. Dinner took 2 hours for me and my kids, not a huge party or elaborate meal. The prices are way too high for the quality of the food and service.

I Ordered my favorite. The spicy peanut chicken with soba noodles. I swear this is the best plate of food EVER!!! The problem was the to-go container. It melted into my leftovers when I tried to heat it up in the microwave the next day. My heart was broken. Not kidding....broken!

I’m 0 for 2 when ordering their cheeseburger. Both times the burger was overcooked. I requested Medium rare. The fries were just so-so. I like the place so those experience won’t deter me returning.

how is it every-time I book a reservation 2+ days in advance they say we don't have a reservation or they seat parties who reserved same day before me and I gotta deal with getting a smaller table or separate tables due to lack of taking accountability?

Disappointing service all around. Keevonne S brought us a veggie pizza twice with meat and didn’t think to check. Brought us the bill and charged us all 3 pizzas and was surprised it wasn’t removed from the bill. It wouldn’t have been an issue if she would have had a better attitude.

Went there for my son's birthday and made a reservation. It took 30 minutes for our server to come over and ask to take our drink order. Not attentive whatsoever, nor friendly. Food was ok, expensive for what you get. An okay, not great, experience.
